Today, I came for regular check up, referral by Ortho. They did x-rays and because I had medical coverage, the receptionist came to me said that they have to do periodontal cleaning and that was no t cover by insurance. I asked if they could re-schedule my appt to do that procedure on the next visit. She said thats fine but I cannot sign your referral Form. This was going to be the second Form referral from dentista. The referral Form does not required that everything has to be done on that visit. In other words, she did no give me any other option. She was rude to me by saying, well a cannot sign the Form. In addition, she that I have to wait about 1 hour wait...I told her now you are are going to make wait in purpuse. Yes, my appt was @3pm and I came out @ 5pm.

I have gone to so many offices that were unable to do X-rays on me because I have a lot of issues with my mouth and no other office would give me a cleaning with X-rays. Its been years since I have been able to find a great office. This truly is a great one. Louise was able to get my X-rays done with throwing up all over her. She is heaven set and everyone in the office was super sweet and didnt make me fill like I was the problem. This was my first time there but I felt like they actual cared about me. I will recommend this office to everyone I know. I actually cant wait to go back and this is coming from someone who hasnt been to the dentist in almost 5 yrs.

Bright Now was recommended to me from a colleague. I absolutely love the atmosphere here & staff. I came in for an orthodontic consultation and ended up getting my braces on the same day along with a cleaning, X-rays & filling for a cavity. Checking in is very smooth & fast. Lizeth the manager is very kind & helpful! She walked me through my whole contract and monthly payment process. Thank you Brite Now in Norwalk! I cant wait to see the end results of my ortho treatment.

I love the honesty I encountered here, Dr. Siman is the best. I had two dentist office local lie to me on the work I needed done that cost a lot of money, and the both of them gave me two different diagnosis. Dr. Siman was so honest and explain everything so you understand what you need and why. Ive been going there for 4 years now, and I love the nice friendly staff, clean office. Dont waste your time anywhere else, let Dr. Siman and her staff take care of you.

My two sons and I have been a patient at been patients at Bright Now Dental for several years and each and every visit has been as pleasant as I would imagine a trip to the dentist could possibly be. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They are knowledgeable in their field and take the time to explain any procedure, and answer any questions I ever have. Ive never written a review before but I have to say the staff at bright now dental are amazing . They are very helpful and I didnt feel uncomfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and answered all my question the doctor was nice and was very professional. I would recommend anyone that needs to fix some teeth to come here.
