Before receiving the Dental Benefits Claim from our insurance they would have gotten 4-5 stars. However a $76 charge for Oral Hygiene Instructions that is: A) totally unnecessary and B) not covered by my insurance, is totally preposterous. Definitely something funny going on with the billing....

The dental assistant was super friendly and patient. The doctor seemed annoyed and very impatient with kids. They explain procedures privately and thoroughly. I just wish the doctor showed a little bit of empathy towards her patients. It would make for more pleasant future visits.
