My first visit to Dr. Greco was because of seeing her many positive reviews online. Her knowledge of the body goes far beyond spinal adjustments. Several times a year Dr. Greco attends seminars which further her education of the body and its functions. She has even been sought out by medical doctors to participate in presentations at their learning symposiums. Dr Greco is more to me than a doctor who adjusts my spine. She knows when to make a referral to a medical doctor. Not only does she help my back pain at an affordable price, Dr Greco is truly a friend. Whether it is joking and laughter, or listening with compassion, Dr. Greco is an outstanding chiropractor and person. I recommend that you try her, whether you are new to chiropractic or have been disappointed with previous doctors; you wont regret your visit!

Dr. Greco is exceptional! As someone with anxiety, who was previously told my pain issues would take over a year to resolve, I found Dr. Greco to be a true blessing. I went to her in more pain than I knew what to do with and she immediately put me at ease. Even in the course of discussing my background she paused to help me relax...now THATS A DOCTOR! She is intuitive and calming and my pain is already subsiding (and its only been 1 month!) If you are looking for a person to help you meet your physical and emotional goals to restore your health, you MUST SEE HER : )

I have had horrible neck pain for 7 years and have undergone epidural injections, physical therapy, pain meds - you name it, Ive tried it! After just one treatment from Dr. Greco I had a significant reduction in my pain level and after three treatments I am off of most of my pain meds and muscle relaxers. I have also noticed a significant decrease in the number of headaches/migraines since going to Dr. Greco! She is not only a fantastic Chiropractor, but a wonderful person as well - very caring and compassionate. I am so grateful to have found her!

Dr. Greco is amazing she has a great positive attitude and great energy. She gives great advice on stretches and exercises to do at home. I have been dealing with a lot of pain and my doctors have not been able to find a solution. Since I started seeing Dr. Greco I have noticed a huge improvement. Her doors are always open and she has great hours that work with anyones schedule. I went to see her today and after seeing her I was so relaxed, I took a nap and I feel golden :) Definitely recommend her to anyone trying to feel better.

Dr. Greco is a wonderful doctor, down-to-earth, professional yet very friendly. I had terrible neck and lower-back lumbar pain which she helped me recover from. I felt energized after each visit. I highly recommend her office. Shes at a very convenient location in Elk Grove, and her hours of operation are great, as it lets me visit her right after work on a weekday if need be. She even is available on weekends. Give her a try, and see for yourself! :)

My husband has been going to see Dr. Irma for his back pain and he loves it! His back pain has gone away and she is an amazing chiropractor. She always has a positive and upbeat attitude and truly cares about her patients. My husband also loves that he can drop in around his work schedule and can be in and out quickly. Dr. Irma also charges less than other chiropractors, so going to her is a great deal as well. Dr. Greco is a true find in Elk Grove!

I have been a patient for the last 2 years and I have been going in weekly to maintain my spine. It has helped tremendously with the constant pain I get in my left rotator cuff. It has also lessedn the frequency of my migraine headaches. I also love the fact that you could walk in during her business hours and get a treatment almost as soon as I walk through the door. I sought out Dr. Greco through a friend. I have been so pleased with the results. I had a stiff neck that continued to get worse migrating to my shoulder then down the spine. I have back pain that shows up every few weeks and an adjustment always makes it go away. With Greco I dont have to schedule an appointment and the visit only takes 15minutes. The cost is reasonable too.
