Walked in as a potential new patient. Asked for any free consultations and receptionist made me feel as if i were asking for charity. She explained the discounted rate for the first time customers I took the information and left. I sent an email asking 4 information on whether they accept insurance or not and I have not heard back yet its been over 2 months. I also find the response to Ivan offending as a customer because it clearly didnt address his concern, instead, wrote it off as if it didnt happen, thus, not taking responsibility.

Upon moving to Elk Grove and After a long search of Elk Grove Chiropractors, (many of which couldnt even keep the picture frames containing their credentials on the wall strait, one with anti-vaccination literature on their waiting tables, and a few who dont answer their phones) I found DR Cherry at The a Joint and he keeps me functioning. Great guy and great chiropractor

I walked through the door and let the receptionist know I was a new patient. Dr. Cherry overheard that statement and found it humorous, commenting that I was "in for a longgggg wait!" How funny is it that people in pain have to wait a long time for treatment? I guess you dont want new clientele when youre so busy you can laugh at them...
