I had so many problems and spoke to so many people about how my insurance was supposed to cover my copay and the clinic was adamant that I was supposed to have to pay. I had to call my insurance to have them fax over proof, and when I came in for my appointment they said that I would still have to pay the copay because the fax didnt prove anything, but they went ahead and didnt charge me. I then called my insurance AGAIN and they said what they faxed proved I shouldnt be charged anything because I met my deductible and they read it over to me. I should not have to go through all of these calls and all of this stress for an appointment. It is not my responsibility to call my insurance and play phone tag with everyone. This clinic was incapable of reaching out to my insurance and verifying that I met my out of pocket max. I am only giving this two stars as opposed to one because the adjustment was quick and wonderful. But the business itself gives me a headache and they dont know their head from their ass. Update: Shortly after I made this review, the owner of this business was quick to reach out to me personally and informed me that there is new staff now and my issue regarding this disaster experience has been resolved. I appreciated the personable response I got and that my grievance was heard. Im giving 4 stars now instead of 2.

My fiancée and I were involved in our first auto accident ever. We didn’t know what to do or where to go for help. I found Nguyen Chiropractic and saw he had amazing reviews and feedback. Before going in to see Dr. Nguyen we had allot of questions, fears, and apprehension. But once we got to meet Dr. Nguyen we finally found someone on our side. He put us at ease and explained the process and how to handle our whole situation. His staff is top notch. It was an absolute pleasure to speak with Sandy on the phone and in person when she works with Joe to start your treatment. Joe is a great guy too, offering ideas and opinions on great places to check out while in sac. By the end of my treatment I felt fully recovered. I would encourage anyone needing chiropractic work done to go see them. They don’t just treat you like a customer they treat you like a friend. Only place I will ever go again.

Nguyen Chiropractic Corp made living with scoliosis better. Having a 40 degree curvature renders me in pain everyday as a parent, as a student, and working full-time at a job that requires me to stay on my feet all day. My spine specialist doctor informed me to stay fit, but that alone doesnt neglect my back pain. Continual adjustments at Nguyen Chiropractic mitigates that pain. I am glad that I found them. I recommend them to everyone. The doctor is personable and wants you to feel better. Thank you, I do.

Im a Marine veteran that was recently sent to Dr. Nguyen due to the limited chiropractors theVeteran Affairs hospital have. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. During my first visit with Dr.Nguyen found a problem with my hips that the Military never noticed. The VA initially gave me eight visits with Dr.Nguyen; however, he contacted the VA and requested more visits. For those who may not know, the VA is not easy to work with. Dr.Nguyen handled the request immediately and consistently.

Not only were the examinations thorough, he has an exemplary staff and I paid zero out of pocket. After my sessions were completed I went back to pre-injury status and felt great. Ive had shoulder problems for many years. I have had several cortisone injections and they did not help. Dr. Nguyen was able to give me relief with his ART/MRT techniques and rocktape. I still see him periodically when the pain flares up. He is a great doctor that does not force me to come every week. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
