Im surprised to see the bad reviews. I have had nothing but great experiences with EVERYONE there; administration staff and most importantly my dentist Dr. Steve Truman who I have just seen for the first time a few weeks ago when I called one morning asking for an appointment ; my whole mouth was in terrible pain. I have a rare medical condition that affects my pain tolerance due to nerve damage so I wanted to see my regular doc . I thought then it was unfortunate she wasnt available but I could be seen that day by Dr. Steve Truman ( Dr. Steve , as he likes to be called - cool guy ) ! What luck ! In summary, he went far and beyond to not only make me feel comfortable , my pain stuff gets me anxious... every touch is excruciating... he was sensitive and gentle with the exam ! It turns out my problem was not one he could help with , he hadnt seen my sort of situation so he went above and beyond to find someone who might be able to help me . It turns out Im a hot mess ! My point being, Im a professional patient, I spend a lot of time with docs , several of them , and he is best Ive had ! He truly wants to help you if he can , and if not he will find someone who may . Dr. Steve is genuinely a kind and compassionate man. Im in my 50s so Ive been around, seen my share of dentists. I would definitely recommend him personally,AND I also had the experience of being a patient of Dr, Yoon the orthodontist. Shes great ! She too will do what it takes to make sure you have the best experience possible ! By the way, I DID NOT get charged for my visit just a few weeks ago with Dr. Steve even though he gave me an exam AND spent the time calling specialist for me, additionally , he kept his word. He told me he would make some calls to find out what I had going on and who might be able to help ! He PERSONALLY called me, exactly when he said he would with the information he had and a referral ! Ive had a chronic illness for over 12 years, seen my share of doctors, all sorts of practices... Im glad I have a dentist who cares about me !

MILITARY WARNING: AVOID This Dentist. Went to get a check up and to get my annual Military clearance today. Met w Dr Alicia Schexnayder. She was very quick to up-sell her services and want to charge me $453.60 for a Deep Scaling instead of a regular cleaning that I have always had done. However, the "laser treatment" to "help the gums adhere back to the teeth" is apparently optional and would knock $300,00 off the price. There was no other option available. Also tells me that I grind my teeth when I do not! Recommended selling me a night guard even though I said I do not grind my teeth at night. She insisted that I do at some point during the day (No,! Its my mouth! I know MY habits- and grinding isnt one of them!)and should wear it during the day. She marked my my DD form 2813 as Oral condition that WILLresult in a a dental emergency within 12 months. I called her back and she refused to alter the form even after recalling our conversation that "I was good to go for 12 months." This office is clearly out to up-sell patients and try to lock you into services that are optional and not mandatory. I will seek another dentist with more experience and knowledge in serving the military community. AVOID!! AVOID!!

one of the worst business every dealt with. takes for ever to follow up. wait till last minutes and you call them to ask for follow up. surprise charges after you have the confirmation paper. their doctors constantly changes. think twice before you trying to go here. their advertise "FREE EXAM AND X-RAY" it is actually $89.99 from your insurance, so YES THEY DO CHARGE YOU BY FALSIFYING THEIR ADD. I can never give a dentist a 5 star. But this place is pretty awesome. They can make crowns in house while you are there and have then permanently planted before you leave. Nice staff.
