My 77 year old Mom needed to be seen for an evaluation and cleaning, after being treated unprofessionally and unethically by a Dental office in Petaluma. Of course I brought her to Dr. Cascio!! What a contrast. Theresa cleaned her teeth and Pamela took a peek into her mouth also. Dr. Cascio did an exam too. And, lo and behold, she wasnt in any danger of losing her teeth or having advanced periodontal disease, as the dishonest( and frankly, elder abusive) office in Petaluma had told her. Everyone at Dr. Cascios office is so very kind, professional, and, hello, honest! Not to mention they are very good at what they do. My Mom and I are forever grateful! Thank you all for being people of integrity. This Dental office is simply the best!

This was my first visit to the office . Its never exciting (well almost never) to go to the dentist office. In this case I was impressed with the staff I interacted with and I actually had a very enjoyable experience. I have to give kudos to Sandra in the receptionist area for a pleasant check-in experience. Also to Pamela my hygienist was phenomenal as she treated me with care and was very professional and informative. Shannon treated me with the same professionalism and took a great set of x-rays. Last but not least came Dr. Cascio. For us it was a meet and greet. I came away impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. Bottom line a great experience and I will continue my dental care with the Dr. and his team.

ONE REVIEW AFTER YEARS OF BEYOND EXCELLENT CARE!? Ubelievable. I guess they get deleated after awhile, which is too bad, but it doesnt effect the service: Humane, skilled, and always on time with what theyre going to do. Personally, I would be lost if I had never gone to Dr. Cascio. Left to college students, and bad HMO doctors which is where I had come from before my Aunt told me about his service. Since then, Ive considered myself extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Cascio and his staff. This kind of Dentis is rare. If your reading this, now you know. Do yourself a tremendous favor and GO to this guy! Youll never be sorry.

Best Dental Office on the Planet! Seriously, Alan Cascio is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He and all of his staff are very professional as well as personable. I hated dental visits as a child (having a very low pain threshold) and have only ever experienced the most minor discomfort with any procedure at this office. You will receive excellent care here as well as it being a positive, friendly experience. I appreciate that they are always on time allowing for a low-stress visit. I rotate between the dental hygienists because they all are so good! I wouldnt consider going to anyone else!

Our family has enjoyed the care of Dr. Cascio and his amazing staff for over 25 years. We are always treated like long-lost friends when we visit, and we have been driving over an hour each way for the past 20 years! Dr. Cascio was caring and gentle to our kids when they were smaller, even making the filling of cavities an easy process. While the drive back "home" to Marin is part of the draw, it is mainly the staff of Dr. Cascios office, many of whom have been there as long as weve been patients, who keep us coming back.

Had minor problem with temporary crown on Saturday. Alan returned my email & phone messages asap and offered to see me Sunday at noon or later in the evening (amazing). I wasnt able to get in Sunday, so we agreed on a time on Monday (his other day off). When I arrived, Alan was the only one there. He turned on some tunes and got to work. 30 minutes later, all was good. No matter what you do, its all about the experience. My experience with Alan and his team has always been exceptional...

Yesterday, Dr. Cascio squeezed me in immediately to evaluate a possible root canal situation. He then set up a same day appt. with an endodontist, so that the problem could be treated. If I had to wait to be seen, Id have had a terrible weekend of pain. This is an example of how caring and available Dr. Cascio is, and his skill as a diagnostician. I am very happy with the dental work I receive and what makes going to Dr. Cascios office is the entire experience.They listen and respect you when you differ in opinion regarding dental treatment; they work WITH you. They are less expensive than my previous dentist.....and....they send a bill. You dont even have to pay on the day of treatment! All this PLUS, they are very nice and friendly. Highly recommend Dr, Cascio.

Dr. Cascio & all the staff are 18 K gold!!! Its a joy to to walk into their office and experience the tangible professional positive environment. I switched at one time because I had some dental insurance -- ugh! Save your money. The care and attention you get in Dr.Cascios office offsets the savings from a dental plan immeasurably.

I love this office and Dr. Cascio! I was referred to Dr. Cascio during a time that I needed dental attention but was very fearful based on past bad experiences. I wanted someone gentle, understanding and nonjudgmental about my dental phobia. I found all this in Dr. C and his wonderful staff!

Dr. Cascio is a fabulous dentist: very well skilled, has good repoire with patients, is kind and considerate, always makes the patient feel comfortable and informed, available by phone and some Saturdays. Cant say any more -- except hes a real nice guy to boot and his staff is top notch.
