This was my first visit to the Port Orchard Dental Care Center, having moved here from Colorado recently. I needed to establish a new dentist, and this location couldnt be easier and more convenient to my home. I stopped in a few days before my appointment to set up my visit the next few days. Everyone was friendly and I felt genuinely welcomed. I was given paperwork to fill out ahead of time, or do the same online at their website. I chose to use the website. It was very easy to do. My appointment on Friday went very well. I was cared for by an assistant first, then the hygienist, then joined by Dr. Karbassi herself. I was given a very thorough oral/neck/facial examination by the dentist, who documented my teeth and the fillings or crowns in each, if any. I then had a very easy cleaning (my oral health has always been excellent, and I never have problems!) and the dental hygienist explained everything she was doing. She finished with a fluoride treatment for my teeth. I set up my next 6 month visit and appointment date and time. I was given a few samples of various dental care items; floss, toothpaste, and a new toothbrush. I left with a great experience, and will see them again in 6 months. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist, or in need of excellent care they cant find elsewhere. Thank you.

Very friendly staff with refreshing approach to dental care. All 3 staff members who worked on my teeth had very thoughtful detailed responses to all of my dental questions. The last dentist I visited told me I needed 8 fillings at my last visit. I did nothing but switch to Dr. Karbassi. Dr. Karbassi told me that no fillings were needed at this time but she is keeping an eye on a couple of my teeth. Nice to find a dentist that is not just trying to drum up a bunch of costly procedures to suggest. Great hours as well which is helpful for a full time worker. Best dentist I have found in my life.

Dr. Karbassi and her staff are the worst Ive ever dealt with. Dr. Karbassi will go ahead and do procedures without consulting you with prices or any other options and at the end they just slap you with a huge bill containing charges for random items. $30 for fluoride toothpaste?! They charged me $498 for a night-guard and told me insurance would cover it when it didnt. Then the front desk "manager " Rhonda didnt care about losing a patient over ridiculous charges. Youre honestly better off going up the street to Dr. Michael and Devon Fisher.

I have been seeing Dr. Karbassi for the past 15 years approximately - maybe more. I always have a wonderful experience with the Dr. the assistants, and the front desk gals. Everyone is so sweet and caring, always ask how the family is, always work with me and are flexible with my work schedule and appointments - theyre great! I now live in Seattle and still drive all the way to Port Orchard for any and all of my dental needs with Dr. Karbassi! I will never go anywhere else... well unless Dr. Karbassi moves out of state or retires! :)

Came in with a toothache after calling and being worked in the same morning . Was greeted warmly and soon was in a chair talking to Dr Kabassi. She checked the tooth and gave me two options. We discussed pros and cons and let me choose with no pressure in either direction. Left very satisfied with the procedure and the treatment. Dr. Kabassi is now my regular dentist and would (and have) recommend her. I appreciate her straight forward approach.

We would highly recommend her without any reservation to anyone. Her office always has the most updated dental equipment. My husband & I both see Dr. Karbassi on a regular basis - twice a year. She and her lovely staff take very good care of us. X-rays are taken once a year and oral-cancer screenings are a part of every regular check up. The dental hygienist is very careful when doing the teeth cleaning to make sure there is no discomfort or pain.

Great dentist however charges way too much cant afford to go anymore. Front desk charges you for the visit and then you receive another bill in the mail outrageous.
