As with possibly the majority of the population, I have a very difficult time seeing a dentist! I have seen this dentist and that dentist, but have never seen the right one until yesterday! Yes, finally a dentist with alot of compassion for the patient. I had 2 teeth extracted under severe anxiety and Instead of the Dentist getting frustrated and huffy and running off shaking his head, Dr Freeman was calming, stayed with me and showed true compassion! His staff was also really awsome! So professional, but with a smile. These people were on top of things and had it all together way before I even walked in the office. The office? I have never seen a dentist office that was so technically up to date! I spent 27 years in a technical medical back round and after I was given a tour of his office I was amazed at how advanced the office was. I figured If his office was that advanced, so was he. So only after one visit I was convinced I had the right Doctor. Thank you Dr. Freeman and staff, you are all Medical professionals in my book and feel very privileged to now be apart of your clientele. Robert Depietro RDCS

I went for an appointment with 2 small children (3 and 4 years old), we were all seen at the same time. They were professional, polite, and the office was VERY clean. All of my insurance information had been taken care of before my appointment and all financial details were discussed (and put in writing) before any treatment was given. I was worried that my kids would be running around during the appointment since I was being seen at the same time, but they had it all taken care of. They were each given headphones and a movie to watch while in the Dentists chair! They sat still the whole time, and everyone was so nice they werent scared at all. I would recommend this Dentists office to anyone, especially people with small children.

Dr. Freeman dentistry has an amazing staff I get my cleaning done with LORENA (shes a must!) shes so sweet and doesnt make going to the dentist a nightmare. Shes very considerate especially when it comes to sensitivity on the gums or teeth and is always explaining what shes doing and making sure your doing ok. I get all my treatments done with Dr. freeman hes great as well hes so nice and makes the procedure fast but does a great job as well! Definitely recommend! I also got a sit down with Gabby which is one of the front desk girls she explained how my insurance worked and showed me on paper what was my insurance covering she was so sweet answered all my questions made sure I was clear on everything. Love the staff and service!!!

Ive been to several dentists over the past few years in sacramento and never really found one that i trusted or felt comfortable with. I moved to the Fairfield area a year ago and had a horrible experience at another dentist in the area. It was such a horrible experience that I was very apprehensive about going to any dentist again. But I can honestly say Freeman Dentistry has restored my faith and made my experience as pain free and comfortable as going to the dentist can actually be. Dr Smith is awesome and has a gentle hand, and Dr Freeman is a stud and has taken care of me where my last (horrible) dentist was trying to refer me out to a specialist. I would refer anyone who lives in the fairfield area to come here...

Couldnt have had a better experience. I called around to dentists in the area (at 630pm and all were closed). Finally I called Freemans and Jeni answered. She could hear the pain in my voice (I had an infected broken molar), they had just closed up but Jeni, Ashley and Dr. Zhu all agreed to stay open for me to hurry and come in. When I got there they saw me right away and took X-rays. The tooth needed to come out now. They gave me different options and explained everything throughly. When everything was said and done I was crying, not from pain, but because I was so thankful for not only Dr Zhu but also for ashley and jeni as it was a team effort for them all to stay later just for me. We need more practices like them

I have not been to a dentist in over 15 years. Freeman Family Cosemetic Dentistry was recommended to me. I was in need of a dentist so i made an appointment. I explained to to them that i have a great fear of dentists due to past experiences. They assured me at the time i made the appointment i had nothing to worry about, they were very kind and friendly. Well i have to tell you Dr Freeman and his assistance re-treated my root canal, I had my teeth cleaned and at no time did i experience pain. During any procedure i have had my well being was always a concern, and this made me feel like i was in good hands. If you are looking for a dentist look no further , Dr Freeman is the best !!! I wish I could express just how difficult a patient I am to work with. Suffice it to say Im easily terrified and have had several strokes. In spite of my terror my teeth look Fantastic because of the amazing work Dr. Freeman has done to help me keep them. As for the staff? They are doctors and hygenists who are just as highly skilled, gentle, caring and compassionate whom Ive seen as well throughout my many years there. From crowns, bridges to root canal retreats Dr. Freeman is my Super Hero of Smiles. Does he return emergency calls? Yes! Even on Christmas Eve to a weary teary me. Thank You Dr. Freeman, I wouldnt have a smile without you!

Ive been going to Freeman Family Dentistry for over 10 years and the quality of care is outstanding. The staff is always very professional and Im always seen right away. In my recent visit I had a crown done. Dr.Smith and her assistant, Danielle, were both very attentive which made me feel at ease from the start. During the procedure Dr.Smith was very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. The next morning Dr.Smith called to check in and make sure that I was ok. I recommend anyone that is looking for a dentist look no further. Freeman Family Dentistry is professional, caring and current in all the latest dental technology.

I am very happy with this business. The first time I walked into Freeman Family Dentistry I was promptly greeted warmly by the staff. The level of professionalism was above the bar and I always look at this when going to any business. What really impressed me was all the technology Freeman Family Dentistry has. I have been to quite a few dentists in my life and this dentist blows them all away. He has cutting edge laser tech which replaces the standard drill if you need it. You dont even need a shot when they use this! This is winning!!! If you have not visited their office you should give them a try, it is worth every penny.

Went in for my 6month check up last week. Awesome experience, as always. I told the Doc I had a rough area on my back tooth which he smoothed out while I was in the hygiene ladys chair, he wanted to save me a trip from coming back. I was sent home with cool new goodies. What really earned this office my seal of approval is that Dr. Freeman personally called me today and left me a message to follow up to make sure everything was okay with the tooth he smoothed out for me! First time I felt like my dentist actually cared!
