I had been going there for years. Over the past two, or so, years the staff turn over has been alarming. The Hygentist I usually saw was the only reason I continued to go as the staff changed. I had a problem with a crown installed on a live tooth. I was told it would get better as the tooth calmed. Over a year (of complaining about pain associated with that crown every visit) later the tooth still hurt so bad I was thinking about asking for a root canal. I finally got the crown replaced, heard (but wasnt explained) there was an issue with the installation of the origional crown. I was infromed and assured the crown was covered. Only to get billed over a thousand dollars for it. Needless to say I will not be going back.

The whole office is wonderful! Dr. Elder gives you a tour of his office and explains to you what each of his new modern machines and equipment does. Had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled and barely felt any pain at all after the first two days!

I first went to Downtown Dental about a year ago.. I have been there twice since and every time was wonderful. If you need a dentist I definitely recommend that you try going here! It is a very comfortable and welcoming office.

I highly do not recommend this dental office! Dr. Elder had so much to say about racial issues in the same room i was in and made me really uncomfortable. Also not a very friendly environment to be in.
