Not only are they rude, yes they are disorganized. Went to my second appointment after waiting 2 months for it, they said I did not have one. They had no record of my first one! Funny they cashed my co-pay check for the first one! Kept me waiting to sort things out. Came back and said I should have received a call from another office regarding surgery, mind you according to them there was no record of a first or second appointment. This surgery was that I needed was a surprise to me. The worst is that I have to change my primary physician in order to go to another ophthalmologist within a 30 mile radius of where I live! What a nightmare.

Very unhappy with this facility. They make appointment after appointment where the wait is longer than the assessment etc. It seems like they are more concerned with racking up fees than they are with the care of the patients. Definitely finding another facility for my father.
