IN THE BEGINNING I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF BUT AFTER A DISAGREEMENT WITH THE MANAGER THINGS JUST HAVENT BEEN THE SAME. IVE PURCHASED ABOUT 4 PAIRS OF MIRAFLEX GLASSES FOR MY SON, SINCE THEY CARRY THIS BRAND. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD BE NICER BUT I GUESS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT LOSING A CUSTOMER. THE MANAGER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, SHE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO CALL AND COMPLAIN TO THE DOCTOR ABOUT HER AND HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. UNFORTUNATELY IT DOESNT SEEM THAT WAY AS I JUST WENT YESTERDAY AND SHE IS STILL RUDE. OH WELL BYE BYE SUNSET OPTOMETRIC I AM TAKING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE...

I love this be place. The best staff, super cool, friendly and knowledgable. I was referred here by a friend and now I refer all my friends here. They have a great selection of frames and can even make most glasses in 20 minutes!!! (Which is great considering Im coming from the valley, so I dont have to make another trip to Hollywood.) I dont need to go anywhere else this place has it all!

Friendly staff and great selection! I come here from Palm Springs I love the selection of eyewear and their fair prices. I came here due to my cousins recommendation. I had great service. The ladies in the reception area were knowledgeable and my experience was fast. Im happy I came here!

Fabulous Service, and professionalism! I came in to get the PD on my glasses, and they did it for FREE and stayed late. Also they told me about the discounted prices they have on contact lens fittings, so I will probably go back after the holidays to get a sizing.

The service was pretty bad. We waited for a while and left us standing the whole time. I guess the workers were friendly but definitely need to learn to prioritize. She kept answering phone calls while talking to us.

It took nearly two hours to get an exam and glasses prescribed. And this is WITH AN APPOINTMENT. . The place is nice but service sucks.. never going there again
