Hace una semana llevé al consultorio una forma del DMV para ser llenado por mi medico tratante, al entregarmelo no me percaté que tenia enmendaduras las mismas que fueron observadas por el DMV motivo por el cual rechazaron mi aplicación de renovación de licencia de conducir despues de una espera en linea de tres horas. Llevé una nueva forma para que sea llenado de la forma debida y el dia de ayer fui a recogerlo y al revisarlo observé que nuevamente presentaba enmendaduras y al preguntar por este tema la señora encargada de la atencion fue sumamente grosera y prepotente conmigo, diciendome, entre otras cosas, que ya no me iban a volver a llenar una forma mas y que buscara en las oficinas del DMV alguien que me la aceptara en esas condiciones, olvidando que soy un paciente-cliente y que tengo todo el derecho a solicitar informes sobre mi tratamiento, eso es algo que no se puede tolerar, voy a buscar mecanismos formales para exigir que la forma solicitada por un organismo del gobierno sea llenada en la forma debida y exigir un trato digno y respetuoso hacia los pacientes que hemos elegido, lamentablemente, este centro oftalmologico para atendernos.

I love Dr cohn he is amazing, I have been going to him since I was 3 years old i have been his patient for 35 years now. I would literally be lost without him. He cares for his patients whole hearted. I have major eye issues and he never makes me feel bad but always tells me you will be fine. I have seen 1 other eye Dr due to insurance requirements and they could not get my lens prescription correct, I went back to Dr cohn and he fixed it. I will never see another eye Dr, or get glasses from any other place, the optometrist there are wonderful, they always help find the right frame and lenses, and help me with getting the lowest price for my budget as my lenses are pretty expensive. I love them. They are like family.
