Dr. Nichols was unable to help me, claiming allergy issues he was not qualified to deal with. 6 weeks after my initial visits I am still suffering with severe itching, today, Thursday upon arriving home at 5:15 with blisters now breaking out all over one leg, the Dr.s phone number went to voicemail and disconnected with no ability to leave a message of any kind.

Dr. Zand saw me as a new patient for an emergency, when my only other alternative was the ER. Her treatment was top notch; the office coordinated effectively with other offices and labs; the receptionists were friendly; and the bill was fair. The treatment I received was so good that I felt bad that Id forgotten to send a thank you note after the visit.

I have been her patient for 5 years. Dr. Tanasovich is a good doctor, but she is so busy that Dr. Zand now does a lot of the treatment and Dr. Zand way overbills! I had 8-9 skin dry spots zapped, a 7 minute total treatment, very routine, and she charged over $600.00 for this! Stay away! There are much better who do not gouge you on cost.

I have been a patient since I was a kid. Shes always friendly and the staff is always helpful. I love that if I have an urgent issue she seems to always be able to squeeze you in within 24 hrs.
