Called yesterday for an appointment and they got me in this morning. As a new patient I was asked to arrive a few minutes early to fill out the traditional paperwork. I didnt even have enough time to fill out the paperwork before they were taking me in to the exam room. The lady said I would have time to fill it out in there while I waited - ok. So she took my info and entered it into the computer and said the Dr. would be in soon. I again started the paperwork and within a minute or two the Dr. walked in. He listened to what I had to say, checked out my issues, recommended course of treatment, did what he needed to do and was out of the room within about 10 minutes. His assistant finished up and printed out a full transcript of the visit for me and got me scheduled again for a couple weeks out to finish my treatment. After everything was done, I was finally able to finish the paperwork. (No it wasnt an encyclopedia, it was 3 pages.) I wish other doctors offices were as efficient as this one. My time is just as valuable to me as their time is to them and they acted like it.

I am very disappointed with the office staff at this clinic. I called and confirmed my appointment time for 11:20 and showed up at 11:14. I was informed that my appointment was at 11:10 and that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. For 4 mins later than what their schedule said. We were told to wait for a moment and spoke to the office manager who informed us out was 11:27 and they have a 10 minute policy for being late. We told her we spoke to the lady to check in at 11:14 which was well within the 10 minutes policy. At this point, after driving from Kent to this appointment and both my husband and I talking time of from work just for this appointment, I am obviously very disappointed. I will be getting a referral for a different Dermatology office with more professional office staff. I have never been spoken to so rudely or treated so poorly by a medical office. If they are going to cancel the appointment them they dont need to be rude about it. I am simply shaking from the way they spoke to my husband and I. Poor customer service!!!

We love this office. I read a couple of the reviews and was compelled to write this review. My daughter started coming here 2 years ago and we are very pleased with her treatment or rather she is. Aaron was the Dr she saw he was friendly great bedside manner, and very matter of fact in his treatment. He did not offer any unnecessary product or treatment, gave her a timeline and the facts about her skin and what will happen with it hormones, age etc. I appreciate truthful and upfront people no gloss or bling. I personally saw Shelley Velickoff who is terrific. I was very satisfied with her knowledge, her skills and would happily see her again.

I went because it was the only place that wasnt packed and could see me immediately, now I know why. The place is awful. I had to pay because they didnt accept my insurance just to have a 10-15 minute of me talking about my problem and the dermatologist to tell me its eczema and shoo me away. He didnt listen to my concern at all, didnt care that my eyelids were all puffed up and I could barely see. Every doctor had told me its a skin problem which is why I came here. All they want is your money and nothing else. Look somewhere else if you can. I wasted good money to a bunch of greedy bastards who didnt care.

I had a rash covering my face, neck and arms and went to see Aaron Pace. He spent about 5 minutes looking me over and came to the conclusion that I had eczema and just needed to moisturize more. I explained that I moisturize heavily and he became defensive and argued with me when I asked him reasoning behind his diagnosis. I went to another dermatologist and it turns out I was having an allergic reaction. Think twice before seeing Dr. Pace, he isnt interested in putting in the time to actually find out what the problem is.

If you want to be treated like an number come here! I know right? You think family practice- two brothers must be awesome! The only people being treated with care here must be family members! Wow they must be making so much money that they dont really care whether you are a patient or not- the worst experience Ive ever had. For "real reviews" check YELP you will get a better picture of what it means to try to support Pace Dermatology Associates, PLLC. Youd be better off if you treated yourself.

I called for an appointment and got right in and actually saw Dr. Pace. The exam rooms were really nice and he had an excellent bedside manner despite a somewhat quick appointment. His staff was very professional as well, they printed up some handouts and information on my condition.

I have always been given great care, they listened to my concerns, evaluated my skin and gave appropriate treatment. All of the staff have been friendly and have treated me with respect. I see Shelley and she is awesome!

Worst office receptionist I have ever experienced! The only thing good was the doctor! Even there office manager was bad... sorry it aint high school ladies! You run a doctors office, you represent the doctor n his name.

I am happy with the treatments I have received at this clinic -- both with Dr Pace and with my series of facials I did in their cosmetic clinic.

Great office. Dr. Pace really seemed to care about my skin. Cleared my rash up and have not had problems since.
