Instead of focusing on trying to win cases for her paying clients, she gets distracted trying to get even with people she thinks are talking bad about her, when in truth, only her unhappy clients and happy adversaries care. She is a legend in her own mind despite no major accomplishments. Instead of focusing on her work, she looks for others to blame for her failures, and she is great of failure. Google the cases listed below and you will discover why the court routinely slams her for her (1) lack of candor; (2) failure to file documents timely or properly; (3) false declarations; (4) failure to file notices of related cases as required; and other nonprofessional behavior. In my 27-years of dealing with attorneys from coast-to-coast, I cant recall a worse attorney. Many of her former clients I have personally encountered are literally afraid of her for they feel she is irrational, vindictive and dangerous. In my opinion, the only reason she has not been barred is due to one particular state employee, Leslie Westmoreland. While the California State Bar is generally corrupt, inefficient, and not concerned with protecting the public, L. Westmorelands protection of Lenore Albert appears to "cross that line" between informing Albert and advocating for Albert, in my opinion. Cases: Joel Spinosi vs. Quality Loan Service Corporation Noval D. Crutcher v. Arent Fox, LLP Law Offices of Lenore Albert vs. George Olivio I simply dont like this type of incompetent lawyering. In my opinion, she preys on the weak and sick. They want to believe her because by appearance, Ms. Albert gives the impression of someone who has been victimized. In my opinion, Ms. Albert uses her appearance to convince others that she [Albert] is empathetic when in fact, she is a tiny shark who can only feed off the weak. In my opinion, she takes cases with no intent of putting in the required work to win the case, fully aware that the client will be too weak at the end to fight her [Albert] because the client was in such a weakened state at the start. In my opinion, the only reason Lenore Albert is allowed to prey on innocent citizens is because the California Bar is broken, corrupted and incompetent, as if the California Judiciary.

Im a journalist and a media expert. Im writing a story titled "Americas Worst Foreclosure Lawyers" with Huntington Beachs Lenore Albert as the "star." In the story via court transcripts, evidence and interviews with her former clients, I will show Ms. Albert took thousands of dollars from desperate homeowners and then did not file the proper paperwork or filed too late. Some of these citizens lost their homes and property because of her negligence. Then, when the homeowners started complaining bitterly and exposing her as a sham, Ms. Albert launched a smear campaign against them in public (via social media) and slapped them with several "defamation" lawsuits, which she categorically LOST. She even included this journalist in her frivolous lawsuits to try to get my Yelp review of her deleted. She sued Yelp as well. Guess what? She lost that case and now owes Yelp $30K. In addition, I have an email from Ms. Albert where she admits to sending a convicted felon and accused rapist to serve me with papers. Theres so much more to say this disgusting story could fit into a book or a movie. My advice is to TURN AND RUN when it comes to Lenore Albert "attorney at law." What a joke.

Lenore Albert has many complaints of cases she has lost, filed papers late, misled the court and even sanctions for deceiving the court... and worst are the damaged homeowners. I have seen her abandon homeowners just before important deadlines (several over a Facebook post), fire them for not sticking up for her on Facebook (when she was wrong), and pretend to be my "Special Counsel" for US Bank (and give them confidential information risking my case). She then publicly on YouTube and Facebook had called my then 12 year old daughter and I dangerous, and imply we were criminals -- and when I posted screen prints of her own words she accused me (and others) of defamation and then sued us!!!! So far this stunt of Lenores has cost me more than $23K to fight Lenore (and Lenore has thus far lost at every turn) - taking money from my childrens mouths. I have seen Lenore Albert harm a lot of homeowners. It is devastating to these homeowners who have lost their home, lost their money to her and their attorneys, lost their possessions... and whose lives are harmed by this behavior. Hire this attorney at your own risk. .

lose your case!She misfiled papers,Didnt file most papers at all.Shes lazy,wants everyone to do all her work for her.Shes a one man show.there are no offices she works out of her trailer.that should of been my first sign that she wasnt that good of a lawyer.how many lawyers live in a one bedroon 1970s trailer.She rents a mail box in a huntington beach office building(the picture).She promised me everything and delivered nothing!How can the state bar allow her to ruin peoples lifes is beyond me.!Several clients have lost there homes because she didnt follow through.she misuses clients money.(I will be contacting the state bar and filing a complaint)She is the most incompetent lawyer Ive ever met!Hopefully this review will save you from making a big mistake.Just so you know Im not just a client I worked for Lenore Albert for a couple months.if her class action clients knew how many mistakes she has made on there case they would surely fire her!so if you need to retain a lawyer,make sure its not this one or you will lose not only your case but your money also!!!

I was almost the victim of short sale fraud, and Lenore Albert quickly and knowledgably prevented this by spotting issues and helping me to safeguard myself. I would recommend her to anyone attempting to purchase a short sale. There is a lot of short sale fraud out there right now, so if you plan on purchasing a short sale property, I recommend hiring her to help you review all of the documentation involved. It is well worth the money you could be losing through fraudulent activities.

To Go Attorney. Unafraid of forces of tycoons, Attorney Lenore Albert will save you from unfair, illegal actions such as foreclosures by banks. My home was foreclosed, but she kept me at home after invalidating the foreclosure. I do not know how she did, but she did. She is a relentless attorney for the victim. I WAS a client. 2 weeks before our appeal brief was due in the appellant court she abandoned us as clients over a facebook post we were NOT involved in. You cannot just fix the damage that is done from something as serious as losing your home because the attorney was having a bad day.
