I went to this location and had the worst experience in my life!!! first of all the manager was a rude rat, she had attitude and ordered me the wrong contacts, to make things worst, the doctor gave me the wrong RX had to go to another doctor to get me another pair of glasses. These people are sad. The young lady who work behind the case were the frames are was just as bad she wanted me to take the bad glasses even when I told I could not see anything in them. If anyone reads this review please consider if you want quality work done and excellent customer service go some where else, this is not the place to go. This was my first time and last. Dr. Pearl staff need to go back to school and get it right, totally disappointed in the person who took care of me, thank goodness I found a real eye doctor who cared. DO NOT WALK BUT RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!

My wife and I had a great experience at the Costco location a little over a year ago. We are scheduling our annual checkup for this weekend. We found the staff to be friendly and efficient. We were seen by Dr. Pearl himself and he completed our exam. We didnt expect full service at Costco, but he not only took care of the prescription testing but also the glaucoma pressure test, blood vessel imaging, and even dilated my eyes to examine the nerve due to my diabetes. We were both surprised to find an optometrist there as we only thought they had an optical department. I highly recommend them.

Pearl Vision inside the Costco in Lakewood Center Mall, is where I had my eye exam. I paid $59 for the exam which included photos of the eyes and a short exam with a provider. (Im retired with no vision insurance) When exam was finished, the provider asked if I wanted to know the condition of my eyes for additional fee of $20. Photos had already been taken as part of the exam, but if I wanted the results, I needed to pay an additional $20. What? They take photos of the patients eyes; do the exam with a provider who will only give you the results if you pay more! What a scam!

I was put on hold by the receptionist, Crystal, for 10 minutes, hung up on, put on on hold for an additional 30 minutes, and hung up on again! Getting hung up on aside, I was put on hold for a total of 40 minutes just to change my appt date. That is completely unacceptable.

Went there doc was totally rude and told me Id be blind in my right eye within the year and was very cold when she told me. Got a second opinion found out they were just giving me the wrong prescription. This was back in 2013.
