While I believe Dr V is an excellent doctor, who pays great attention to detail, her staff are the complete opposite. More than a couple of times, I have had the great misfortune of having to depend on her staff for various things (prescription refills, appointment changes, doctor consults, etc) only to have them fall through the cracks. Sometimes, they simply leave the matter unattended altogether and do not call you back by the end of the day. This is something that gives me great pause. Surely you knew that, by going to work for a physician, you were going to deal with patients all day? Their excuse is almost always something along the lines of "we were busy" or "I dont handle that, Raja does." An interesting thing to note: they (Dr Vs staff of 2 and sometimes 3 people) run the office of ONE DOCTOR, not multiple, like so many other offices Ive visited. I am not sure if their poor behavior and attitude is brought on by laziness, apathy, horrible time management skills, or a general distaste of dealing with the public. All I can say is that, while I recommend Dr V as a wonderful, thoughtful and caring physician, I cannot in good conscience say her staff come anywhere close to her. Youve been warned.

I would definitely recommend her. She is the kind of doctor you want to keep and grow old having her take care of your health. Dr. V. is a wonderful doctor. She takes her time to explain everything and also teach you what to do on your daily life to improve your condition. She is very compassionate and professional. I have never had a problem having a same day or next day appointment when needed. I feel she has treated my daughter like if it was her own.

The reception is having an idiot sitting there, always making a big fuss out of nothing. Doctor always wants to see you even if it is not required, even for the referals over the phone, they must see you or they will loose the co-pay or other hidden benefits,.....they suck,....doctor is nice but the administration sucks, always acts on ripping people off by any means,........

She is very caring and everyone in her office is wonderful. She listens and will investigate your issues to find answers, like Dr. House! I hope I never have to switch primary care docs.
