Came in with my girlfriend to get our renewal. Showed our coupon to the receptionist at the front, which would get us a free wallet sized card in the month of March. Upon showing the coupon we were both informed that this was supposedly for new patients only, BUT NOWHERE ON THE ADVERTISEMENT DOES IT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE DEAL BEING FOR NEW PATIENTS ONLY!! Furthermore the doctor herself said the coupon would be just fine, but the receptionist can tell us no???? This is poor communication all around within the office and to the customer through an ad that is misleading and far from the truth. We are both very disappointed and will never recommend anybody else (and we have recommended many to come here) or renew our recommendations here again. Awful customer service. Huge disappointment.

I have been here twice and will go again. Dr. Pallas reviewed my medical records and also offered to write me a prescription from big pharm for a medication for my migraines. I am a 70 y.o. advanced practice RN with lupus and fibromyalgia for 35 years. All of my physicians at UCLA have approved of my use of medical marijuana as it is much safer than the combination of percocet and xanax and tigan for nausea which I require. My visits here are quick and require minimal waiting and are very reasonable.

Venice Beach, CA. I spend the extra 10$ for a "MINIREC." Its a paper recommendation with a legal seal, smaller than half the size of a normal sheet and folds into my wallet without falling apart. Not everybody offers the MINIREC that folds into a wallet and doesnt fall apart, its the best document for size, durability and legibility. I hope Google recognizes you Venice Best. "Medical marijuana recommendation that folds into a wallet and doesnt fall apart."

Today in my appointment with Robert Pallas, he went on a tangent about how "unions, gay people, atheists, and partial-birth-abortionists" are ruining the country. When I told him Im gay, he called me a sinner, said Im going to hell, and offered me religious literature, which I refused. I was looking around for hidden cameras but no, this man was serious. This is not what I expected in Venice, California.
