Ive been a customer for two years and believe the dentist conduct good work. I appreciate how they maximize my benefits, professional service of the dentist and dental assistants. The lower rate review is a reflection of the clerical staffs customer service skills and organization. Everytime I come into the office Im asked for information which I understand is standard practice but what is always missing are the documents referenced that Im being asked to sign that Ive received them. Im always required to prompt them to provide and deny to sign to get a copy of the form which is not always received in a positive matter.

I been coming to this dentist for the past 4 years all my family comes here and so far no complains . Clean office , friendly staff and they always explain to you the procedures before being done. I recommend this dentist for adults and children . Plus they have a TV :)
