Customer service fine. Dentists awful. Told me I needed a root canal when she did not even have a current x-ray of the tooth. The tooth has never hurt. The dentist I saw prior said I needed to have a tooth pulled because the crown fell off and it was too short for porcelain. Thats why I had an art glass crown on it which fractured. What an idiot! art glass crowns have been available for at least 25 years. Dumb girl- just wanted to pull teeth and give me implants. The second dentist I saw prescribed Ibuprofen even though I told tech I could not take it because I already take Voltaren. Then dentist told me she prescribed Voltaren when she extracted teeth! Voltaren is not for acute pain. It helps my back just enough. If I have a headache, cramps, sprained ankle, it is useless. Do your dentists come from the remedial school of dentistry? They have insufficient knowledge on available dental treatments and medication. It appears Western just trains them to sell, sell, sell. It is creepy and offensive. I will not be back.

"Very horrible and terrible customer service." Had 3 appointments ALL THREE failed and the tooth is still in my head. Dr. Steve let was adamant in putting metal in my mouth for the upper roof of my mouth WHEN!!!! it was the bottom tooth that was giving me problems. I want to say that I have a really GREAT insurance!! and when they noticed it. He wanted implants instead of giving me all of the options that are available. He came in right away to let me know that I have 5 teeth he will need to pull and told me sorry he had to bring bad news. My thing is this!!!! "You are too focused on reading X-Rays instead of fixing the problem of why my face is swollen in the first place"

The last time I went to the dentist it was here. Now I havent been back to a dentist since because the experience here was so bad. The front staff is rude. The dentist or whatever he was gave me a full mouth deep cleaning without numbing my mouth at all. Any other dentist I went to before said they would break up the 4 quadrants into 2 quadrants at a time, and anesthesia would need to be used. I cried the whole time while sinking in the chair. The dentist scolded me like a child and said "maybe now you will try and floss more". I am trying to find out who to complain to or a corporate office number. I have Western Dental Plus insurance. Treated me awful.

Before even going to the actual place, I called for my dad to see if it was open & no one answered. I was on the phone waiting for about 25 minutes. My dad had a big injury at work; so big he almost had amputation. He went walking and although we live about 10 minutes away, with my fathers condition it took him 30 minutes to get there in foot. To even get there and the doctor tell him the dental deep cleaning costs $1000 and not one nurse or doctor told him it costed that much. He just went to go waste his time! Once you get here you will see all the bad service Im talking about.

Very bad experience been there 2 years and they cancel my appointments without letting me know, tell me a price and then they change it last minute ,they never give me my appointments when I need them for ortho is always 2 months after , the waiting time is ridiculous like 2 hrs I dont know why they do appointments if they are not going to stick with them, the girls in the front are very rude and always answering back in front of other patients that i think is unprofessional, I cant wait for my braces treatment to be over after that Im never going again for cleaning or nothing

Still waiting for 3 hours for an appt for my little sis that was scheduled at noon. The front staff were rude even when I nicely asked how long it would take. The first time they said she was next, the second time they said there is one person ahead of her, and that they have been backed up since 10:30 am. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. As you can see this ismt the first time a patient hete has been waiting for more than 2 hours.It could be that their clock on the wall is stuck at 1145 when I checked it at 230.

I had an appointment at 10 :15am for a root canal, I was running in late, got there around 10:45am. They took me in and I was in a room by 11am & the doctor started treatment by 11:10am. Great dentist, he was done by 12pm. Loved their service very attentive and caring! :)

Never been here..i tried and they said no walk in and wanted to give me an appointment. .but i sensed rudeness.. AnywayS walked down the street and went to the other dentist which was a great experience so thanks western dental for not seeing me

Just called to try to schedule an appointment. The girl who answered was so rude and was not even answering my questions she just went ahead and gave me a date past mid october after I told her it was an emergency. Wow

Probably one of the worst experiences ever. Staff is not worried about customer service. I made an appointment and I was told I cannot be seen, because the doctor said no... lazy ass people here.
