Carmen is friendly when it suits her, but rude & hatful by nature it seems. Telling be she didnt have time to help as it was her lunch. Well why are you at the front desk & why was I scheduled an appt during the office lunch hour?! They took no time to listen to my concerns or questions. Two girls were very nice & could tell felt bad. Dentist walked out on me & rolled his eyes at me after asking him to explain the process & wondered why we couldnt do what my appt had been made for. Its my mouth & my money. I was prepared to handover 350$ today after insurance, and that how I get treated. Well I see now he didnt want to do all the work today as he left the office right after he walked out on me at 3 oclock in the afternoon. There was plenty on business day left to tend to his patients. Clearly his patients mean nothing to him. Also noticed his teeth were not very nice. So really Id never want to have my teeth worked on by a dentist with a bad grill. Im cool on that place. Reviews on yelp seem correct. I have no idea how they have this high of rating on google. Im actually going to report him to the bored.

I had a 4pm appointment. I got to sit in the waiting room until 4:55pm. The waiting room was small with some little children running around, screaming and crying. The staff was completely unconcerned about the comfort of the rest of the patients in the waiting room. At 5:00pm I was taken for Xrays. ....waiting.....waiting....waiting.....At 5:20 I got a whopping 2 Minute consult with the dentist. At 5:40pm my cleaning finally got started and was done before 6pm. A 30-40 minute appointment was 2 HOURS long. What a waste of time. Ill definitely never visit this dental office again. Go for it yourselves if you have nothing better to do and enjoy sitting around, doing nothing.

This was an amazing experience! I never imagined a visit to the dentist would actually be a pleasant experience. I love the flat square screens in every room, it is a great distraction. Once I sat in my room they gave me the TV remote control in my hand, what a nice staff. I can watch whatever I want. My teeth were in terrible shape for a long time. Within a few visits, now I have a great smile. The doctor really cares about his patients, and he explains each step of the procedure. Staff is very friendly. Definitely an A+ experience.

I have been bringing my three kids to Long Beach Dental for over 8 years now and it is always a pleasure!!! Dr. Atef Rezkalla is always professional and easy going. All the staff is friendly but Carmen is my go to person. Carmen always schedules my appointment according to my schedule and if I need to cancel and reschedule she makes it seem so easy. The facility is always clean and kid friendly. I love this place but most importantly my kids do too! It makes me feel happy and relieved that my kids enjoy going to their dentist!!!

I have been using Long Beach Dental for several years now and my overall experience is great. The staff though are busy yet professional and very pleasant. I always get a reminder call for my appointments. They are willing to work with my busy schedule and were able to reschedule me on short notice a couple of times. The clinic is very clean and neat. The dentist is very knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain what he will do and answer all my questions. I never had to go back for a re-work.

My appointment was for 1030am. Its now 1230 and I just got evaluated. They have very very ppoor customer service. Everybody act like they have something better do. Carmen was the worst one. Its like she didnt care. I asked to speak with her reguarding insurance and she never showed up. My gram other came here once before and she said she had the same issue wwith her. Im so irritated. Dont come here. Head my warning. Because ill never come here again Im over here watching maury smh

This dental office is so unprofessional . I work for another dental office and I must say Im very upset. I called their office during normal business hour and I got the answering machine stating that they are closed and to call during normal business hours. I then try to go onto their website to retrieve information and the site would not upload. They should really be on the ball about theses things, especially if they are looking to grow their practice.

the worst experience and dental work ever DR Razkalla i believe thats his name did worst job ever . he did a filling for me actually i regret so much he did not do a proper filling still left some cavity in my supposed fixt tooth that now because of his work the have to put a crown cause he left toooooooo thin. if i could give them a rate of -100 stars i would .

The office is pleasant, clean and inviting. I didnt have to wait and all assistants were pleasant, smiling and efficient. Mr. ATEF REZKALLA D.D.S is a great dentist: caring and very professional. My crown was perfect and my experience was great. I have already recommended him to my husband who was in need of a new dentist.
