Before today I had nothing but good things to say about this place. Unfortunately today my daughter and I had the worse experience ever. One of the assistance came out and told me that she was going to take my daughter in for x rays and she was going to tell me when the doctor was ready for the procedure. The 1st time i came to this dentist my child didnt need to be restrained in a blanket because i was by her side, i expected the same thing today. The assistance fail to inform me that the dentist was ready fod my daughter procedure. I heard a loud desperate cry from the back i knew that was my child. It was the most traumatic experience for daughter and my self seen my her been held down in a blanket all because of the lack of communication from the assistance there was no need for my child to go through this experience. I will never. Return to this dental office nor recommend this place to any family or friend.

Over all the service was good the only thing it was the wait, i waited for about an hr for my child to be seen and when i walked up to receptionist to ask how many kids where ahead of us, she seem bother and answer back with an attitude, i believe her name was monica.. And when my son was rescheduled for another appointment she seemed lazy like she was probably on Facebook and doesnt want to be bothered..lol

I am so happy that I found this place that is only for kids! When I came into the office the front desk was very friendly and always smiling love the customer service overall the staff in the back including the doctor were so nice to my son. I will definitely recommend it to all my family and friends!!! :)

They where so slow they let people go ahead of u I had a appointment at 2:30 and its 3 and still have not seen nobody not even for xout ray
