They dont even deserve a star! DONT GO THIS OFFICE ITS A SCAM!!! They are out there for your money not the well being of your teeth! Ive had dental insurance my whole adult life and I try to maintain my teeth by scheduling 6 month regular cleaning, I went to their office yesterday May 19, 2016 for the first time and i literally waited an hour to get the process going, so i waited and i though ok fine, i need this cleaning and based upon all my other dentist regular cleaning procedures its quick and fast at no charge. Well during my regular cleaning the person executing the procedure said i had really clean teeth, so the procedure was quick- and so upon the regular cleaning i go the front only to being charged $160 for the cleaning i couldnt quite comprehend why I was getting charge from the beggining but I said ok maybe my insurance is not that good- so i went to my car to get my personal check to pay- but then i called the medical office promptly to get a better understanding of the charge, the lady in the font is so unprofessional (older lady with glasses), when i requested to get clarification on the charge she said that the insurance coded that way, and that it was deep cleaning on 4 quads- i told her no i came here for a regular cleaning she then stated well if you want it for free you shouldnt of came and dont pay- So i was cought of guard and decided to be the bigger person hung up on her to further discuss the matter at hand directly with my insurance, when i spoke to my insurance we had a 3 way call with the office the lady started saying lies on how i refused some treatment and so forth, i told her i just went for a regular cleaning and thats all i got, she then started saying i had alot of zars, and i told her how would you even classify that if she wasnt even the person who carried out the cleaning, it all went down to the coding- yes now that i had the insurance on the phone she was lying from the beggining in regards to my insurance coding the treatment as she was the person in that office solely responsible in coding, the code they used was for a comprehensive cleaning [D0150] vs the actual treatment of regular cleaning [D1110]- SHE CODED IT THAT WAY TO EVIDENTLY TAKE MY HARD EARNED MONEY! Im currenlty disputing this with my insurance, i will post an update thereafter!

This is the best office, friendly, excellent staff and the biggest plus is Dr. Ruben Gonzalez. He does the best work and actually takes the time to listen. This office is very honest, their cost is very fair and cost effective. I believe this office to have a close family feeling. What I like best is their ability to interact with patients in English and Spanish. Good environment!
