Let me start of by saying i havent found any dental office that has given me that quality of service that says dont look no farther this is your dental office until now for starters Cristina the receptionist everytime you call is very plight that you can feel her smile thru the other side ive called other dental offices and they seem like they hate theres job and ive never gotten that feeling here just on my first visit Norma the manager was so helpful and friendly i was explaining to her my insurance was giving me issues Norma told me not to worry to give her a minute and shell take care of it she called my insurance got everything situated and all my dental work covered plus she also helped me out with my fuzzy teething baby she gave me advice so he wont be in so much pain and let me sleep and my most recent visit was to remove my wisdom teeth first of all i was running late they were okay with it they took me in quick and in a couple of hours i was good as new they called me that same day and the next day to ensure that i was doing good and if i had any issues any questions i can give them a call ive had nothing but great service from each memeber so ive made this my family dental office so if you want to feel welcome then this is your dental office too

What can I say about these amazing people at Brightnow Dental.... other than they truly treat you like Family!! The doctors, dental assistants and FRONT DESK are over the top professionals, amazing positive attitude and easy to talk/work with. They truly represent the true meaning of Quality Customer Patient Care. They always make me SMILE even if I am in pain! I truly recommend Bright Now Dental in Pico Rivera. Honestly cant wait until my next exam!

I really like Bright Now Dental, everybody makes you feel really welcome. They help me with my dentures, I felt bad when I didnt have teeth, but when they made my dentures, I felt normal again, thanks to Bright Now Dental I feel pretty again and gain my self esteem back. Unfortunately, they change my insurance, now I have to find a new dentist. But, I will keep my boys with Bright Now Dental because I like the services. Thank you

Had a nine am appointment on a Saturday, so youd expect them to be on time. How could they be late, given they had recently opened? They found a way! No apologies and long wait subjected to loud TV in the waiting area. This place also pushes you to more expensive treatments that you may or may not need. Beware, and be sure theyre fully explaining what you need and why the suggested treatment is the best care.

I love going to the dentist everyone is so helpful you go in there and Cristina always with a great customer service and a smile. I got some dental treatment and dr is great didnt feel anything. Norma the o.m help a lot with my insurance and payment plan. Is always good coming here.

Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I can get an appointment fast. The wait is not long 5 to 10 min wait. Theyre are very professional and the place is very clean. I have recommend and i will still recommend Bright now dentol to friends and family
