DO NOT Go here! Im about to file a dispute for them charging me for services that was not done. As a new patient I came here only bec they were open on Saturday. I had a toothache bad enough that it couldnt wait til business day. They prescribed meds and aske me to come back for a surgery which they want money in advance. Still in pain, I paid thankfully only half. After the pain subsided decided to go to my actual dentist, so I cancelled my appts and asked for a refund first thing on Monday. That was June 26..,it is now July 20th. No response from the email or a call back...AND, they are still calling me about confirming future appts..which on the following business they I spoke with soneone and cancelled everything. Whatever their excuse is, with the amount of time theyre taking to refund and the lack of acknowledgement of 2 emails Ive send and yet they call me for spots that no longer exist..just doesnt equate to a legitimate business. Look elsewhere seriously. Oh the surgery is supposedly a need for extraction- nope! Its fine now and I didnt have to lose my teeth, per second opinion-because diagnosis is also a rushed and uneducated. I could get into details but..yes... I fell for this scam because I was in so much pain..when the pain subsided it was all clear..the whole experience is a red flag. If theres a negative ⭐️ Id rate them that, unfortunately the lowest is 1 star.

Do not go here. They will rip you off. I went here to get a root canal, since they took my insurance. They insisted on an initial consultation, even though I had a referral from my dentist and an x-ray. I was charged a $5 "sterilization fee," though the doctor never even looked in my mouth or picked up an instrument. He just looked at the x-ray I brought with me. When he was finished with his used car salesman impersonation, I was sent to the payment consultant, who created a bill for me. They could not do the root canal for 10 days, but she wanted me to pay on the spot. In fact, she refused to make the appointment unless I paid my co-pay. I declined, took a copy of the bill, and called my insurance company. According to my insurance company, there was a $425 item on the bill that had nothing to do with my situation. Needless to say, I went somewhere else for my root canal but it didnt end there.. 4 or 5 weeks later, I got a letter from my insurance company listing the charges they tried to pass off to my insurance, including a charge for an x-ray (I brought my own), and several other items that totaled over $600. Keep in mind that these jokers never once looked in my mouth. The doctor just spent a few minutes looking at the x-ray that I brought with me. This business is a scam.

It was amazing experience. Doctors are specialize in certain areas in dentistry.My periodontist who did my implant are careful friendly the orthodontist who did my root canal is so nice and gentle. The diagnostic dentist is so gentle and my cosmetic dentist is really good he see to it that you will have a beautiful smile. The dentist are so expertise in there line of expertise the staffs greet you with beautiful smile. I had all this kind of procedures implants, crown lengthening, root canal, cleaning. The dental technician make there job well. In other words I will recommend this Premier dental group to everybody who have problem with there teeth. I will rate this 5 stars!!!!! The owner is beautiful with good heart. Price is reasonable. Come and have your teeth be check. More Power to Prenier Dental Care and God Bless!

They are deceiving. My sister was referred to their office because she has cerebral palsy and needed to be put under to get work done. Even though we insisted on only getting the necessary service to get started, they insisted that she would get a better price if she agreed on getting everything done. Since she did not qualify by herself to the over five thousand bill, they sweet talked me into cosigning for her. On our last visit they were asking for another $150.00 dollars which I refused to pay. I asked them for a refund since everything has been paid for, and she has still not gotten an implant. If we don’t get the refund, I will continue writing bad reviews for this company. I will also write to the Better Business Bureau and complain of their unethical practices.

I originally sought care for an abcess and seeing this office listed as a provider by my insurance. Because of the severity of the problem and not having received dental care in years, Ive had to visit the office a number of times so have interacted with many dentists, assistants, hygienists, the surgeon, and office staff and have been very satisfied with care, follow-up, attention to detail, the staffs interpersonal skills, and the facility generally. Follow-up instructions have been clear with clarification available as needed. I really appreciate the care Ive received and would recommend their services.

Rip off artists. Wanted more than $5000.00 for treatment that was covered by my insurance. When the Dental Plan called they refused to give them the procedures codes so they could verify why I was being charged so much money they refused and dropped me as a patient so they dont have to disclose the rip off artists they sure are. They first began by lying over whether a bridge should be covered or not and everything went south. I wouldnt recommend this place. Now if you have the money for the up sell, then go ahead and do it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Communication between the staff and clients is horrible! They dont explain the extent of the work being done to you but will be quick to bill you for it. $10,000.00 plus into the work needed according to them, my mother has had to go back and forth with them for numerous mistakes they have made. If you care about your dental health and well being for that matter DO NOT go here. Not only will it stress you out, youll be left with tremendous bills to pay for the worst dental work ever.

The dentist here are all very good and exceptionally personable. They also are time conscious and work hard to get patients in and out in a respectable timely manner. I had a root canal done Friday by Dr Khalil and I was done within an hour. Yes!! My appnt was at 12:30p and I was walking out of the bldg at 1:30p. Not to mention I didnt feel any discomfort or pain at all. Ive had root canals done in the past by other dentists and have never had such an amazing experience. I highly recommend Premier Care Dental Group.

I like this place. Front staff, kid staff, dentist, everyone is really nice and the work is very good and as a paying customer I think is cheap. My only problem with this place is that it is DIRTY. The floors the sinks the everything is enough to make you cringe.. They really need to renovate the place. Im done with all my dental work and was very pleased with the work, but I wont be returning because I just cant bear the grubbiness of the place.
