Upon my arrival for a consultation, I was greeted pleasantly by a very cheery receptionist who was very courteous and respectful. She informed the dental assistants of my presence. Shortly thereafter Dr Tyler Hendry was just as down to earth introducing himself and apparently already read about my reason for the visit. He then proceeded to explain what he believes need to be done and examined not just the problem area, but thoroughly looked at each tooth. The dental assistant was then instructed to perform a panoramic x-ray of my mouth. Ater the procedure, I was called back by Dr. Hendry into his office and explained in detail what he observed, the diagnosis, what needs to be done, explained varying options, and prognosis. Dr. Hendry was accommodating enough to respond to my multiple queries and to answer my multiple concerns as well. He did not any time evaded my assertions. Finally, I was asked to wait for his administrative staff to explain the financial aspects. Viria went into detail on what Dr Hendry and myself agreed to is necessary in resolving my problems. Viria also addressed my issues just like eplaining to family. My visit to Pasadena Periodontists was a very wonderful experience, in toto. I left with high spirits even though I have to contend with the financial aspects. Thank you all.

I am an actual patient that has been receiving excellent care from Dr. Henriod and his staff of professionals. Short story.. I waited too long to see the dentist and things got bad. After researching local denist, i came across the Pasadena denist. I scheduled my free consultation and Dr Henriod explained how he could help me with my dental needs. He didnt judge me or make me feel bad in any way. He just told me the truth and what the plan would be to make things better. I guess i just wanted to say thank you to Dr Henriod and the staff. Im so glad i made that first appointment. I still have a way to go treatment wise but not afraid or anything like that. I cant wait for my next treatment. You are all the best. Thank you again. Dr Miller is an exceptional dentist. A screw from an implant was loose and bothering me. I called The office, and they accommodated me and got me in immediately. It was not so easy to remove the screw, and Dr Miller persisted until it was done properly. I a, so impressed that a dentist would put his patient first, and do his work properly. Every time I have gone to the office, everyone is so kind, friendly and professional. Truly a one of a kind office!

Theres not much fun about periodontal treatments. However, Joel Henriod and his staff made the experience as painless and enjoyable as it could be. Annie assisted him during my procedure. The two of them were friendly, informative, comforting--you need that--and helpful in every way I could ask. The office staff, especially Viria, made even paying a pleasure. I hope I never have to see them again professionally but I want to be their friends.

Theres nothing fun about having dental procedures, but Dr Henriod and his team make it so you only have to worry about the necessities.
