I had been going to Dr. Kossari since 2003, over 10yrs. He delivered my 2kids. I was super happy at the beginning but within time the service was getting bad, wait times became ridiculous 1-2 hours, doctor sees you like 5 minutes. He became all about how many patients he can see ($$$) rather the care of the patients. I dont think he ever remembers me at all after over 10yrs. Also As of 6/01/2016 he is no longer accepting, medical or family planning coverage. I found it very disappointing that there was no letter or notice to his patient and give us time to find a doctor. I needed to see him and didnt know of his changes. Leaving me with no doctor in a possible urgent matter. He was running a good office (2003) and was a good doctor, he is experience, but hes offices are hectic now, hes expertise are over shadow by quantity not quality. And now, hes letting go of Half his patients for private insurance or cash patients without any notice, very unfortunate and unprofessional.

My Dr. David was referral to Dr. Kossari and I went to there Dr. Kossari office and Dr Kossari didnt get utrlasound results so Dr did send me go to utrlasound and they found I have uterus fibiod so I did called Dr. Kossari and give me an appointment I went to there again and Dr. Kossari didnt get utrlasound results yet so I did called utrlasound and they will fax to Dr. Kossari and I did called Dr Kossari again and did you get it yet ? And Dr Kossari said didnt get it I said OMG and I called them again and they did faxed them two times and Dr Kossari didnt get it again I think he is lie and I still waiting for them call me I need uterus fibiod removal since 4 months now and i got biggest uterus fibiod now I will call Dr Kossari this Monday if he didnt get it again then I will go ER for uterus fibiod removal by Monday

Ive been coming here for about two years dont know why I kept going. Ive been having a pain down there since he put an IUD I went twice to see if something was wrong because the pain was just to much. he tells me "oh is probably cramps you might get your period soon" I knew the difference from period cramps and the other pain. and he said "oh no your fine" second time I went back I had my mind set I wanted to take it off I was just not having it. and he litteraly tells me "oh no u should keep it on theres enough kids" I told him. I dont want kids I just want to use a different method this is hurting me. and as am telling I dont want it. he looks at the clock and says oh I have to go I have an emergency and left. now am struggling to find a doctor that my insurance can cover to get it out. Never again

I can not praise Dr. KOSSARI and his staff enough! Not only is he the best OBGYN but his staff is excellent. My first pregnancy came with so much stress and doubt but Dr. KOSSARI made sure I was going to ok. I ended up having a c-section, my baby was 10 lbs 13 oz! I was scared at first but then realized how lucky I was. He did a great job with my c-sec, and I now have a healthy thriving 2 year old with on the way! I had my first check up today and the nurse Briseida was like a breath of fresh air, so kind, so helpful, she took her time and was super friendly. Thank you again Dr. KOSSARI

Very careless. all this doctor wanted to do is give us clinic appointments every two weeks for almost ten months. like back and fort even dew he knew my wife needed argent care. She had big fibroid tumors in her uterus that made her like six months pregnant, thats why she was under a lot of pain. Even the staff didnt know their right from their left. we had to keep on top of every thing Because there was no way that any of the staff would trouble themselves to call us and give us an up date or information of any kind. I dont recommend this doctor to any one.

The Drs appt itself was good. I had a different Dr. than Kossari & he was v.kind & helpful. My problem is that they made an appt for me to come in for Xrays in two days & then when I got their( & had to take an Uber as well) they told me that they needed authorization from my Healthcare provider so it was postponed until next week. I am upset that they didnt call me to tell me this ( Ubers arent exactly cheap!) Just really stupid & inconsiderate on their part!

DR. KOSSARI WAS GREAT HE HAD A SHARP ATTITUDE BUT HE WAS NICE VERY BUSY MAN ..MY DAUGHTER WAS DELIVERED BY HIM IN DECEMBER OF 2016 AT HOLY CROSS AND MY PRENATAL CARE WAS BY HIM AND IT WAS A WONDER EXPIRIENCE WITH HIS STAFF THAT IS SO PLEASENT ESPECIALLY LIDIA AND ANGELA . THEY ARE SO PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL AND HIS LATIN PHLEBOTOMIST WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THEY TOOK CARE OF MY EVERY NEED.

I had to wait for over an hour but care that I received was very rushed and Dr didnt seemed to care about patient.. The total time it took from getting there until the end of check up was 2hour. I was referred by my insurance company so I didnt know how the quality of care was.. I wish Dr Kossari will be more caring toward patient. Staffs were nice and I liked them.

This place is horrible when it comes to service. I felt like I was at a public hospital. I waited for an hour even though I had an appointment scheduled. They have no Saturday appointments available. I will never come back.

poor customer service... one office doesnt know what the other office is doing. Calls get routed to each other and confusion is a constant energy flow here. Not a good feeling when coming into this office.
