The front office and the billing staff are unethical and unprofessional. Many doctors offices have stayed the office staff is difficult to work with when it comes to medical billing and coding. The owner is just as aggressive and abrasive on the phone often belittling and over stepping boundaries . The owner crosses boundaries of accusations and threats but seeks no mediation or resolution. This place is not worth the insurance money or abuse or scams.

Rapha Physical Therapy is the best physical therapy i have been to =). Awesome friendly staff, amazing treatment, i would highly recommend to anyone needing physical therapy to come in and see them.
