Great doctor... Dr. Tsai delivered my two yougest children & his father delivered.. My oldest... Im sure I drove him crazy... With all the times i went to the hospital.. & all the calls.. I made to his office.. Always showed up at the hospital. Very professional. Excellent doctor. Highly recommend him..
