The worst, most unprofessional staff I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I had an 11:30am appointment I signed in and watched every single patient, even walk ins, be seen before myself. I waited 45 minutes before finally asking the receptionist, " I have been here for 45 minutes do you need me to fill out any paperwork??" FINALLY I was given some basic paperwork to fill out before waiting another 20 minutes to be seen by a nurse, where I was sat in a small hallway and made to say all my medical history out loud as busy nurses and patients rushed by, this made me extremely uncomfortable and I would never go to this office every again surely. Those 2 incidents were not enough for me to write a bad review, however. This morning I recieved the "results" of my blood test. ( I was not contacted by the office I just recieved this message via mail.) One of the employees there insisted I go to an adjacent bulding to get blood drawn and it was imparative I did it that day. (with no notice to fast or what not to eat) So, I went to have the blood test done as instructed and these results read that the specimen had been "spoiled, mislabeled, or otherwise unsuable". Im not a freaking doctor but even I know you arent supposed to eat before a blood test. Theyve wasted nothing but my time and money!! Dr. Ludmir if I could give you less than 1 star I would.

I am currently pregnant with my third child , I have two boys one 8 and the other 5 , I am currently pregnant with a baby boy , Dr ludmir has been there for me doing all my pregnancies , I could not ask for a better doctor . they are very kind and patient and they always listen to what I have to say . and Dr ludmir s assistants are very kind and always know what to say to make me smile .I have even taken my two sisters to Dr. Ludmirs clinic and they are very happy with the results. In my family , Dr.Ludmir has delivered 5 children , with my pregnancy it will be 6 , and we are very thankful to have him . I was actually going to leave the state but as I gained the knowledge of my pregnancy , I no longer wanted to leave , because I want to be with Dr ludmir and his staff , they are the only ones I trust . I am very happy and I recommend this place, they help and they work you through anything . thank you Dr ludmir you are the best doctor ever .and Im proud to say you are my doctor .

Worst worst place ever!!! I can not forget the urine filled open cups with blood mixed liquids in it left in the restroom. There is not even ac in the waiting room and it smells like dead animal. If there is anyone reading this please dont go there! You dont want to see the view inside! I got 4 shots for my immigration papers and my right arms still has bruise on it and my left arm hurts so bad that i couldnt sleep for 2 nights! There is still a bump in it i am so worried i might got infected! Worst nurses ever they treat you like you are an animal!

The worst customer service. Called on Friday to get a copy of a report they said they would fax it between 6 and 6:30 pm. Never happened. I called back and I have been on hold for 1 hour. Called in on another line and they said Marta will fax me the paper I said I needed to speak with her. They put me on hold again. I called in on another number so now I am on hold on three lines. Now I can understand someone going postal.

As a first time mom, you expect a good OB. Not a bunch a rude "nurses" rushing you through the process. I definitely do not recommend this place! Very unprofessional and you could tell they dont care about you or your baby! As for the nurses that check you in, learn your code of ethics if you are going to be working in this medical field!!

Apt was at 9:00a.m .. it is currently 10:45 a.m and still waiting in a room . The wait time is ridiculous , and just to have a dr say , "everything is ok ", and send you on your way . I will be finding a new dr!!!
