Waited for 1:20 min to see the doctor Dr.Choe on first time visit. Unacceptable. Plus sloooooow WI-FI. Thought my appointment was cold, the womens check up was unpleasant and uncomfortable. Switched to Dr. Grady who my personal friend recommended and I like working with him as our OBGYN to birth our second baby and would highly recommend him. I like that we do things that makes sense vs doing everything by the book, caring and experienced. Typically you are taken 15-30 within arrival time which is ok & seen immediately with Dr.Grady. Saw Dr. Hong once while Dr. Grady was out and was seen 45 min from appointment time, again unacceptable. Dont assume that if you are taken to a room that you almost done, you might look at the walls a while longer.

I love the staff at Sierra Madre Community Medical Group. I have been a patient here for many years. Dr. Cindy Chou delivered my son last year and it was the best experience I could have ever asked for. The front of office staff is always kind and helpful and the back of office staff always makes you feel at ease. They are extremely trustworthy. I cant say enough nice things about them. I would highly recommend this office.

I wouldnt go anywhere else for care other than Sierra Madre Community Medical Group. Dr. Samis approach to medicine is unique. He always tries to make patients feel at ease and as comfortable as possible. Plus, his staff has been trained to do the same thing. When you first walk through the door the staff will do anything in their power to make you feel comfortable.
