This is a horrible doctor service that I never-experienced, they refused to give you the medical report to let me know the detail. I have a bleeding problem seriously and like to figure out what can I do. The doctor just only care about surgery and refused to explain why I have to do the surgery. They only care about money, they do not care about your life. I called to the office this morning to know my medical situation, Ana said I never went back to follow up so they do not want to see me any more. Ana is a big lier, I did went back and I did not understand doctors strange English. So I need to know what exactly that he said to me. Do not come here, you can not get your report, they claim1000 dollars for the first time visit, and my insurance paid him 800 dollars already, Only the first visit, and they want you to remove your whole uterus. i am bleeding very hardly, they just ignored me and refused to give me my report. Is that kind of office will you dare to go to see him? Next step, I am going to complain him with the medical board.

My experience at this office has been wonderful. I too have had a difficult couple of years with bleeding problems and the doctor never encouraged me to have any surgery until we knew exactly what was going on. He was never pushy about the way he wanted things to go and as always let me make the decisions regarding how we move forward. He has given me every report and every copy of bloodwork Ive asked for. He is also very kind and respectful at all times. The office staff is about the best Ive ever felt with.
