I brought my mother to see Dr. Li. She has been to every pain management physician in the area and no one could really help her. Dr. Li was very thorough with initial office visit. He spent more time with my mother and asked her and mysel almost every detail of her medical history (and she has a lot). Dr. Li said my mother has complex regional pain syndrome and suggested physical therapy, nerve blocks and spinal cord stimulator. He showed us on his website what to expect from different options. It was an overwhelmingly long office consultation as we asked so many questions and he provided with even more answers! I have to say its been a long while since I took my mom to see different doctors (pain doctors included) and yet to find a doctor who is so generous of his time. We need more time to talk about different treatment options with my father, but were excited and looking forward to coming back to Dr. Li in the near future as we finally have some options and more importantly, hope!

Ive had chronic pain for over 20 years now and im only 36. The dr over talked and didnt listen to me. He was always giving me the run around about my hip injections. I felt like he just wanted me to come in to get massage therapy do he could charge my insursnce. At my last visit his therapist answerd and replied to a text while rubbing my back. I kepted my calm as long as i could. I told my husband who came in after and then the dr cane in and we started talking about my hip injections. At 1st he said i was getting both sides done but then it ended up being only one hip at a time at a 100 copay each. My husband was asking him questions about ins and approvals and he ignore him. Thats when i told him what his therapist did to me and he blew up as if it was my fault. His face turned so red. How can a doctor behave like that with no compassion. Im still on the look out for someone to help me with my chronic pain journey.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Li and I have to say Im very happy with him and his staff. Dr. Li has a knowledgeable and personable communication style and really listens to get to know you. He coordinates very well with his staff and they all did a great job brining me on board as a new patient. Dr. Li gives me all the information and his recommendation yet doesnt push me towards a particular decision. In a word, Dr. Li is AWESOME!

It has been six months since I injured my lower back in a car accident. My attorney sent me to a chiropractor, but no relief after three months. Dr. Li started working with me 2 months ago with conservative treatment, medications and did a few spinal injections. I felt Im much better and ready to ask my attorney to get the case settled. I wished my attorney refer me to Dr. Li first to avoid all the agony I had to suffer initially.
