When I got there it was the easiest experience ever. But I recently needed to get a replacement and I called to see if they can email me one like I have last year at some other clinic and they wanted to charge me!!.. I feel that if I already paid the amount of fee the first time why do I need to pay again . They did not want to answer any of my question and was very rude when answering I asked to speak to someone in charge and they didnt even want to do that. Please fix this, very unprofessional.. Im not looked my to get anything for free but the way this person spoke to me was unbelievable and very rude. When I asked for her name she completely ignored me and told me " you have to pay and thats it" . Worst phone call ever.

I actually believe in the medical use of marijuana. Those people dont. Nobody visited me or listened to my problem. They took 40 bucks and they sent me out with a piece of paper. I asked some questions since my goal is not to get stoned and I never used marijuana before. The doctor was just looking for me to leave. When I asked where to buy marijuana he told me that he couldnt tell me, because it was illegal. I thought that all of these circus was legal, at least. Its just a joke.

Friendly staff, quick processing, in n out, thats what our hamburgers are all about. All jokes aside, this is a very good clinic. Some places will charge you ridiculous amounts for a one year recommendation, not here. They also have deals on top of their already fair prices, so I recommend you take advantage of this and get your recommendation at this spot. Ive been with this company for a couple years now, and have not had any problems so far.

Worst experience ever, very unprofessional. I called to see if they could email me a copy of my recommendation, I had another clinic do that for me last year, they were extremely rude saying they dont do that, that I had to pay $20 for a copy because the pathetic excuse of a doctor had to sign it, what a rip off.

I had a great experience at nirvana clinic!! They give great service, theyre friendly, fast, and the doctor was very great and informative. I was in and out of the clinic in less than 20 minutes!!! They also had an ATM machine inside which was very convenient. Will definitely return next year for my renewal!!

Horrible. Checked the website to see what I would need to bring. I even called. When I get there she tells me I need my highschool diploma for proof I am not in school, as I am 19. She then went on to tell me this is a state policy (wrong). Was incredibly misinformed and rude. Never coming here again.

Incredibly quick process, priced very well, no pressure to spend extra, and amicable doctor. It only took 15 mins to get my renewal. The price was explained clearly, no hidden charges. The doctor was very nice and friendly. Cant recommend enough!
