7/14/14 I guess they think since they make more money than me their time is more valuable. But its not. Your time is NOT more valuable than mine, so dont treat me like its okay to make me wait for appointments that I schedule. I was there on time and if I needed to be late I would have called. No courtesy call from this office. Ive had two appointments here and my husband has had a few as well. I was happy with service initially and also the nice office and their effort to be paperless, but theres no reason that they should treat patients like their time doesnt matter. My husbands appointment today was over an hour long and he never ended up getting his teeth cleaned. He waited, waited, was asked to reschedule, declined an attempted upsale (exam and x-rays). He was just there for a cleaning which our insurance covers, no extra charges were scheduled. The hygienist never saw him. I had him take me off their schedule for my next cleaning. Ill find an office that respects their patients and give them my hard-earned money. (Which I cant earn if Im not working because Im sitting around waiting for an appointment every time they feel like running late and not calling.)

Service over phone was great. They changed my appointment to earlier, but I ended up waiting over a half hour that ran into my regular appointment.. They overbook and keep you waiting. First appt, took 2 hours AND I didnt get my 6 teeth cleaned because they wanted to do a deep scaling procedure at another visit. I felt like I was at a Time Share sales program.Very high pressure and when you balk at signing for the recommended treatments, the "Coordinator" comes in to try to convince you. . EVERYTHING on the program was UPSELL.. Was scheduled to see Dr. Bender and got another dentist, (Who, by the way, was very personable and an excellent UPSELL dentist) This is a corporation, my suggestion is go to a local dentist. Proceed at your own risk. As suggested by a previous unhappy client, I will go to Concord.

Wonderfully helpful staff and Dr. Bender is fantastic. Very conscientious with treatment and explains everything thoroughly. Doesnt push treatment. Gives you information so you can make an informed decision. Very clean and pleasant office. Shonna at the front desk knows my entire family by name and treats us like valued clients. My kids love coming here. I recommend this practice very highly. Weve had everything from root canals, to wisdom teeth removal to standard cleaning and everything has gone smoothly.

My only negative, so far, is that they are very slow. Very friendly. My procedure was taking a while, and the receptionist, Susan, sat by my wife and talked for a while. They would like you to have upgraded procedures, like same-day crowns, but much of it is too expensive. They dont push, though. It seems they want your smile to be the best. I would rather have slow and good than fast and bad, for sure.

I am very angry because without my authorization they spoke to My Husband today that I was late to My Appointment and I was in the traffic minutes later I called a person from the reception to tell her I was late the point is that she was cruel and Rude with me and my son. The quote I had not my husband did not know because they called him the angry because he was at work and they interrupted him Thank You

A wonderful staff and state-of-the-art dental equipment? How could you not go wrong? I am so every grateful that I chose to try PHS out. Insured or not, you should make your next appoint at PHS. Easy, friendly, almost painless (I dont have insurance), hassle free. A good find and and a great staff.

Crown fell off and was imposible to get an appointment. I understand its busy time of the year but they didnt even try . they told me to see another dentist. Florentina (periodontist) is excellent but bad customer service by the receptionist.

Dr. Bender is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to. She cares and does a great job. Always friendly, quick and reasonably priced. I am thankful that I have a dentist I can trust. Thanks Dr. B!

Nice office but service could be better. Xray technicians need more experience. Filling from this office isnt quality compared to offices Ive used before.
