Amazing dentist and staff! I have a severe fear of going to a dentist. Dr. Sherry Steinmetz was so nice, kind, gentle, and knowledgabke! I had a consultation visit for the crown treatment and her kind dental assistant took an X-ray to check out the condition of the root canal. Dr. Steinmetz had to break the sad news that Dr Daniel Rose messed up my root canal and unfortunately my tooth cannot be saved and she cannot put a crown. Therefore, my tooth needs to be extracted and I have choice of putting implant or a bridge. After all the money, time, and pain I went through for a root canal to save a tooth, that was a devastating news to hear. But she told me the sad news with so much class and kindness. I started to cry on her chair and was so upset, and she gave me a tissue and was so understanding. She held my hand and told me that she understands how I feel. Lori Musante is the office manager and very professional and has a kind voice. When I was researching for a new dentist and reading reviews, she was the most pleasant and caring among 8 dental offices that I called. She answered all my questions patiently. I could tell this is going to be my new dentist. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me kindly with her beautiful smile and offered me a drink. She could tell I was nervous and with her calming and loving attitude, she showed me around. The clinic is very relaxing and like meditation center. I immediately felt relaxed. Marqes, the dental assistant, was there too and she was so sweet. I met the entire staff and had a tour. I felt so great and Dr. Steinmetz has the latest technology as well. She has very soft and gentle touch and she tells you exactly what is she doing and what to expect. I felt so comfortable to ask any questions. Another great point about Dr, Steinmetz is she books patients one out a time and not double book, so I didnt feel rushed and got her undivided attention!!! Thank you Dr. Steinmetz for taking care of me so kindly and greatly. Thanks to your lovely and wonderful staff and creating beautiful and relaxing environment! My intuition and heart felt it immediately that Dr. Steinmetz is going to be my new dentist, who I can trust and be comfortable. Thank you Dr. Sherry Steinmetz and staff!

I know its kind of silly to get all weepy about how much a dentist office (and i say office because the whole staff is a great team) has done for you but i cant help it. I WAS TERRIFIED of going to the dentist which kept me away for almost 9 years when i finally decided to bite the bullet. I was sure they were going to look at my teeth and tell me how disgusting and terrible they were but they didnt. They were so encouraging and positive and even though in that moment i was shaking thinking about the procedures to come i felt like i was FINALLY in really GOOD hands! Needless to say I was freaking out and full of anxiety thinking about my appt. Dr. Steinmetz actually called to talk to me and talk me through some of my anxiety then right before the appt. The office manager called to see if i had any more questions. All the while i am behaving like a drama queen they are being SOOOOOO patient with me. All I can say is from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out everything was AMAZING. The attention to my fears, walking me through everything step by step even the money part was all pleasant and private. I felt like I had everyones attention!! I was soooooo terrified walking in and when I walked out I felt like I had finally taken the first step to overcome my dental anxiety and I owe it all to the wonderful staff at New Age Dentistry. You guys are amazing, and thats an understatement. I have been smiling from ear to ear since my first two appointments. One more great thing, Its so warm and inviting in the office SUPER clean and it always smells great in there!

I have been looking for a real dentist 32 years. I was fortunate that my parents always took care of my teeth by finding me dentist s growing up. I always still had teeth issues because of what I ate or drank. I have been to lot of bad dentist s that caused me pain and anxiety growing up. Dr Steinmetz helped me get over my anxiety and was so caring, compassionate and actually listened. When I first met her she genuinely smiled and said Ill help you one step at a time. She is the first best professional dentist I ever had and my last not going no where else. I used to really dislike dentist s especially the needles because they hurt. She makes it ok and you actually come back for more. Yes back to the dentist who says that ever. Teeth are part of your health it only gets worse with time if you dont take care of them. Extremely worse and so much more expensive if you wait. Ive been there pain pills, clove oil, garlic, salt water I tried it. Morgan her assistant is super nice and caring always makes sure your ok. She is genuine and listens to you. Never rushed. There so patient. There both Awesome. Thank You Dr Steinmetz and staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Steinmetz for over 2 years now and I cannot say enough about Dr. Steinmetz and her professional team. I have had to have several of my very old silver fillings replaced and each time, Dr. Steinmetz and her assistant Morgan make me feel very relaxed and at ease during the process. I have my teeth cleaned twice a year and Elizabeth, the dental hygenist, is fantastic. Liz, the office manager is friendly and professional as well. I have referred several friends to this office because I have the utmost trust and respect for the wonderful business that they run! Like many, I have had my share of bad dental offices...I am so happy to have found a dentist that I trust and respect. I will be a patient here for many years to come!

Definitely agree with most of the reviews that I have read. In my opinion, all absolute positive. Dr Steinmetz and staffs professionalism, offices atmosphere, cleaningless, make you feel home. Love the nice scene through the window from the dentist chair. Any way, I was referred to Dr Steinmetz by my pulmonary doctor for treatment of my Sleep Apnea. I am so glad to have visited her and her recommended treatment that is much better than the CPAP machine that I have for over nearly 5 years. I am now much alerted in every morning and throughout the day. Do not feel fatique as I alway have. I highly recommend anyone has Sleep Apnea to consult with Dr Steinmetz whether her treatment fit you or not.

Quite a few years I have been going to Dr. Sherry Steinmetz. Experience has been fun. I mean it! Ive had allot of procedures that was done too me and each and every procedure was painless. That is a big deal too me! In fact, I remember that at one procedure I actually fell asleep on the tech and doctor while they were drilling on my teeth. The crowns put into my mouth are beautiful. Dr. Steinmetz and her staff are professionals and their offices are state of the art. When I have to have work done on my mouth and teeth, Im going to see Dr. Steinmetz.
