Do not use this doctor. You have been warned! Made an appointment for my son. Office staff told me to print out several forms and complete them before arriving. When we showed up, the staff presented me with two more forms: One was a cancellation policy that required me to pay $50 if we cancelled an appointment within 24 hours. The other form was an arbitration agreement. I asked the staff whether this was optional and they told me to speak to the doctor. When we finally did see the doctor, she simply refused to see my son unless the form was signed. I have never been refused service for not agreeing to arbitration. What a hypocrite! She didnt give up her right to sue me for any non-payment of fees (in fact her form allowed her to come after me for attorney and court costs), but wanted me to give up my right to a jury trial if she did anything that improper to my son. In my opinion, this practice is all about the money and the kids are a distant second.

Dr. Simone has treated us, especially my wiggly, squiggly and silly son, with nothing but professionalism and respect. She has this way of handling him that takes a lot of experience and a little magic. I cant say enough great things about her. It is unfortunate that a few people have had bad experiences, but I believe they are outweighed by the many, many children she has helped, healed and cured. She runs a tight ship, which I appreciate. Her office staff is lovely. The facilities are clean and gorgeous. You are expected to be on time and if you are not, you will be seen when she has a gap in her schedule. She takes her clients that were there on time first out of respect for them and their schedule. I would run my business the same way.

I had the worst experience here. While the rest of the staff is nice. The Dr. Prescribed glasses for my son (age 4) when he truly didnt need them. He started getting headaches with them so we drove 2 hours away to a top rated eye dr. He said there was absolutely no reason for my son to need corrective frames and they were probably doing more harm than good he said i should report her to the board (turns out he was just having eye allergies causing him to blink more often). Also she was very rude to my husband and I and even repremanded me for talking to my son during his appointment (he has spd and gets anxious). So disappointed

I have been seeing Dr Simon for 8 years. My daughter has been taken care of physically and emotionally by the most caring and professional doctor I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She performed surgery on my daughter when she was 18 months old. I trust her with everything. It is unfair to judge her before even seeing her. She does have her strict policies but it also means she will see you at your appt time right on the dot. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Simon.

Ive been taking my 2 daughters to Dr. Simon for 5 years. Dr. Simon is knowledgeable and so good with children. I have a 4 year old who recently had eye surgery and I couldnt be happier with the results. The waiting room is clean and I am always seen on time. I always tell my friends that she is the best! Even though Ive moved out of the Los Angeles area I still travel from Corona to take my children to Dr. Simon.

love this doctor. attentive, kind hearted, very nice to my son, and to me the very nervous dad. wonderful person. just want to add that there is a 1 STAR review by someone named LORI LEE that i think wrongly identifies dr simon. every other review ms lee writes is about businesses based in Seattle so i think she got her complaint wrong. just saying.
