Ive been bringing my children here for 16 years. They used to be very professional and caring. The past few years the service has gone downhill. They gave my daughter her shots and stamped her shot record but forgot to update her medical record. The next time I took her in they wanted to give her the same shot again but I refused. This happened TWICE! Lately they have a new phone system and dont answer the phone. The front desk staff is apathetic. Im glad his practice has grown and thrived but he forgot about level of care. Im taking my family elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! I dont understand why Dr. O doesnt have any african Americans working for him when hes African. Ive been comingbto this man for years, when i was little and now i bring my daughter. Never did i ever have a problem until the passed couple of years at both locations. The staff is rude and the level of customer service given is horrible. They make u wait for hours even when u do have an appt. If Dr. O isnt there the other dr. See u really quick and get u out. I tried to hang in there but im requesting a new dr. Asap.

The front desk staff is rude with poor people skills, and very inconsistent on information given to their clients! My family and I were trying to support our business community. However, enough is enough...our transfer to another office in the works! AFTER 25 YEARS OF LOYALTY, WERE OUT!!!!!

Mother of two boys. I transferred them here after moving to Compton 5 years ago. I come form the long beach office which is always very busy but none the less always helpful. They are the same here in this office just with a lot less people in the waiting area.

It got difficult to make a appointment. When I call at 9:00 am they tell me to call after 2:00 pm. And I call at 2:00 pm they tell me to call the next day at 9:00 am.

They wasted my time. Seriously. They gave me an appointment for my child just to have me sitting there for 40 minutes just to tell me he cant be seen. HORRIBLE STAFF

They hardly ever answer the phone and that makes it hard to set up an appointment. Other than that they have very helpful nurses and caring staff members.
