These people are so difficult to deal with,if you have to be seen the same day,they make it impossible!Then whats the point of choosing them,when all they do is send you to the ER.I had to change both my daughters from these doctors,Lina C Shammas & Najwa Shamnas. The receptionist and "manager" Amanda & Crystal,do not what so ever try and help theyre patients. If my daughters get sick out of the bloom ,they want to schedule me for the following week. These Doctors need a more considerate staff.Very dissapointing.We all have health issues we cant control and need doctors atrention, ER should not be the only option.Amanda & Crystal you guys need some good customer service lessons.Very inconsiderate. Poor Service. If you have children I highly do NOT recommend this facility.

Ive had to go to urgent care facilities the last two times I fell ill because I could only book appointments for the following week. Lina Shammas is my primary care physician and shes great, I just cant afford to wait so long when these issues are pressing. Id recommend searching for a primary doctor elsewhere if a trip to the ER is an inconvenience and if youre trying to get well as soon as possible.

Ive been going to Dr Shammas since I was 4 years old and when I had my children she was the top choice. Shes an amazing childrens doctor and has such a great disposition and course of action for anything that may come your childs way! 35+ years shes been a part of our family!
