Rude !!! For so many years weve been coming to this doctor and have known him to be the friendliest. Today I called his office simply asking a simple question regarding my sons ear and he blasted me with rudeness! He could have simply replied to me with a yes or no but instead he yelled at me, he didnt even think we are his patient. He was like " talk to your audiologist!" "we dont do that here!" "what else do you want?! Hey Dr. Chan -- we are not animals, we are humans! I think CA State Medical License should know about his conduct! His secretary Randy witnessed it all!

Dr. Chan has been my pediatrician for the past 8 years and I will continue to have my son be his patient. Hes been fantastic and although you can expect a wait time while you wait for your appointment, hes still worth the wait.
