very very bad customer service over the phone I have to call maybe like 8 times for them to answer and when they answer they always put me on hold and then they hang up on me. and if I take my son just like that they say I have to call first. Maybe if you would answer the phone instead of chit chatting you would know that I have been calling.

Ive been going to Dr.Chavis office since I was in the womb and they have gave me good service since then . I am now 19 years old and havent had a problem. Only thing I dislike is the people who answer the phone to schedule appointments they always seem to have an attitude.. Otherwise .. Everything is okay .

Dr Chavis is a great Dr. Along with Dr Neely. My children have been patients there since 98. One downside for me, its too far. The reason I travel all that ways is because of Dr Margorie Skinner. She is very informative, concerned and personable. Good work Dr Margorie.

Love the Doctors and the staff, I stop going to office in Norwalk, I rather drive to them. No long waits and they are very nice to your kid, even when their acting an a** because shoots scare them lol they talk my daughter thru, and calmed her before giving her shots

What type of childrens clinic not allow baby strollers? Having to carry your child for an hour can get a bit exhausting. They need more space. Its always extrmely busy. But I will say the Drs do a great job.
