Well lets see, Im pretty pis*** off right now so here it goes. I called in today to change my kids appt, because Im so sick with the flu I didnt want to give it to any little ones. The receptionist was out to lunch, so I had to call back. Meanwhile I forget and when I dis call back we had already missed our appt. I tried to reschedule, but was told that Dr. Lauren would have to call me, to see if she could continue seeing my baby as a patient!!! It would be at her discretion!!!!! Outrageous!!! I was told I had missed 3 appts, all which I did reschedule!!!! Who the hello do they think they are!!! Do they forget who pays whom?? So I told them that it was at my discretion to take my kid elsewhere!!! I will not put up with that crap!! As for Dr. Lauren I still have not heard from her, but when I do, I will give her a piece of my mind!!!! There are hundreds of better pediatricians out there!!! Without the attitude!!

I would love to rate them higher because the doctors are really great. The receptionist however needs to go. Everytime I call she has an attitude. Whenever I check in, she has an attitude. Whenenver I check out and would like to make my next appointment, she seems bothered and again has an attitude. I know others who visit this doctor and have the same problem. I have always been scared to mention anything to the doctor and there is always something more important to discuss anyway. I have decided to mention something at the next visit since I just called to know when my childs next appointment was and received...surprise, attitude.

Wonderful, caring and skilled pediatricians. My children see Dr Fernandez and she is incredibly sweet, great with kids and intelligent. Because the practice is large - I believe there are 8 doctors- it is always possible to get a sick appointment when you need it. The waiting room is also very nice. My only concern is that they allow non-vaccinated children in the practice. An overall great experience and the best care.
