This clinic accepts walk-ins for DOT Physicals and when I called I was told I would be in and out in a "couple hours". I checked the time and took the walk in opportunity. I sat in the waiting room for about 1 1/2, no problem. The assistant started the exam, blood pressure, visual acuity etc. Took about 20 minutes, no problem. Took me to an exam room, asked me to put on the gown and said the doctor would be right in. 45 MINUTES later Im still in the exam room, half naked and no one has been in to check or report on what is happening, slight problem. I get dressed, go back to the front desk in the waiting room to explain that I MUST leave for work now and to ask for an appointment for the next day. At this point Im not irritated. ....yet, after all, I was a walk in with no appointment. The gal who helps me tries to explain the delay and scurries off to find out what happened. Keep in mind I asked for an appointment because I needed to leave. A few minutes goes by and another gal arrives, no sign of the first. I explain again that I must leave and ask for an appointment. She asks what happened. I say I dont know but I need an appointment. She runs off to see whats going on. In the mean time, a young man had arrived, was doing some other computer work and eaves dropping so I asked him if he could make an appointment for me. He shrugs and plays dumb. We are now well over the originally quoted 2 hours and Im in the process of walking out when I hear my name being called. When I acknowledged, Im told "the doctor is ready to see you now". Big problem! I state "this is not a negotiation tactic, I must leave now, I will be back tomorrow, perhaps well have better luck then." Yes, Im irritated now! 10 minutes later I receive a phone call, an apology, and an appointment. Gee, THAT couldve been handled better. All in all, I was at the office the first time for nearly three hours and the second time about 1 hour. Doctor was fine, assistant was fine. Front desk needs some work.

This place should get a 0. Its unfortunate that they have someone like melodie radler-venturi PA working there and even worse that medical board of California is fine with her having a license and let her get away with what happened. My aunt was seen there for a hand injury and that worthless PA who thinks she is a doctor treated her very poorly and as if my aunt was asking her for a favor. My aunt couldve lost her thumb due to a infection and ms venturi insisted she had arthritis. Sent her home with no work restrictions and no medication. After leaving concentra my aunt went back to her supervisor who told her to go see her own dr. Because she saw how much pain she was in. My aunt went to the nearest urgent care that exact same day and was treated for a infection and they gave her medication and a tdap vaccine. That dr sent her to the ER immediately after. My aunt had to stay there for 2 days,she went right before it got worse. When she told me what happened i immediately filed a complaint to the medical board found out after they (the consultants) "reviewed" all of the records she/he found that the treatment provided did not depart from standard care no further review will be conducted and the complaint is closed. This is so frustrating. This is why these physicians get away with things like this,that is why they treat people the way they want because they are not held accountable for their actions! Why work in the medical field if you DONT CARE TO LISTEN AND TAKE care of patients! I am beyond pissed off! If it was up to me i would get a lawyer but its not my decision. I did what i could to try and help my aunt but that was not enough. Concentra should do better for the patients.

Ive been going here for several months (10+ appointments) for a work injury and I must say it is one of the least pleasant healthcare options out there. They rarely run on time (maybe 2 out of my 12 appointments) and the wait is ridiculous ranging anywhere from 90 min to 2.5 hours. My injury was misdiagnosed several times and they forgot to schedule a specialist appointment on my last visit, forcing me to wait 4 extra weeks to see theirs. I saw several doctors who all spent maybe 10 minutes with me after having me wait all that time. Some of the desk attendants are kind but overall didnt seem very helpful. One once forgot to check me in for an appointment. I could go on but you get the idea. I will say the PT portion and acupuncture do a much better job and I was very pleased with them. But if I had a choice, I would choose anyplace else. In fact, as Im writing this, its 30 minutes past my appointment time and Im not in. This happens too frequent to be an unlucky experience. This place is inefficient, period.

They told me that I cannot make an appointment and I just have to come in. I went there after I injured by back and was in severe pain. They said the wait will be about 1 hr but I ended waiting for 3 hours before they even called me in. I saw a lot of people come after me getting in and they said its because the room is not available. This is a lie because the nurse there told me the others had an appointment and they will be given the first preference. Why wasnt this communicated to me when I tried making an appointment. So do not go there unless you have an appointment. And if you injured yourself all they an do is give you some pain killers. You have to get referrals most probably from your personal physician.

This place is a joke I broke my thumb at work I had severe pain waited over to hrs to be seen the doctor prescribed ibuprofen for pain when the second day to let them him know that the medication wasnt working so he prescribed a new one and told the nurse to fax it to Walgreens which she never did 5 days later after several call she faxed the prescription to the pharmacy. The reason that they took so long was because the nurse lost the prescription and I had to wait until the doctor was back in the office. Please do yourself a favor and dont come here I should of went to kaiser when my insurance gave me that option. the ladies at the front desk are rude specially the Hispanic one. You have been warned

Horrible experience, I will never come here again, I had a 2pm apt, and I didnt get seen until 3pm. It was for a new hire physical , drug testing TB, and a UA . Omg! After I did the iron drug test the lady said okay have a great day and she showed me out ,I said excuse me but I have a physical ? A UA, and I need a TB I had an appointment !!!! So they asked me to pee again???? (Which I did not do) then they told me to come back for the damn thing testing and I waited another 30 minutes to see a dr . I will NEVER come here ever again!
