Im upset with this company for the very same issue as other parties on this page. I booked an appointment for 2 fillings and even before the visit I receive a voice message stating that the appointment is now for "a night guard," that is "not covered by insurance" according to them. At no point did I authorize this dentist office to schedule my appointment for a night guard. In fact, I only asked for an estimate which was provided to me after 1 month of waiting and prompting twice, and the estimate was outrageous. They then refused out right to do my fillings at all and gave the appointment away to someone else. When you cancel outside for the 24 hour window, they expect to charge you $200 because their time is value. Well, my time is valuable too, I had made arrangements to have an appointment and had it out right cancelled on me without authorized. I would like $200.00 compensation, as apparently the appointment was given away to someone that was willing to pay outrageous costs out of pocket. I guess my standard 2 fillings where not going to make them enough money. But after reading other posts on here about how they unlawfully charge for services i.e. "un-bundling," not charging insurance plans, and recommending care that is not covered, I guess I come out the winner in the end. Such a shame because the initial session I had was fine with no red flags, in fact I even thought this would be a great practice for repeated business. Be warned, this is there business model - bait and switch. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have never dealt with such a shady dentist office that adds extra services never discussed or authorized and refuses to do basic work. Im very appalled. Not to mention the Office Assistant Eilen talked over me the entire time on the phone, refusing to stop and listen after repeatedly asking her to do so. She told me outright to go elsewhere for services. And I think you should too.

As many people are to do, I avoided the dentist office for years. My unreasonable fear of needles and misconceptions of how I would experience pain from procedures kept me away. Decided to make an appointment after a long broken tooth finally started causing me pain. From the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel comfortable and safe. I have now been back several times within the last year to get various work done to help bring my teeth to a state where I am no longer afraid they will simply start falling out of my mouth. When the worst part of a visit is the cleaning and not getting fillings or other procedures, you know you have found the right place. It feels great to know that I have found my dentist for the foreseeable future! Highly recommended!

Without question, the finest dentist and team I have ever encountered. I honestly cannot say enough kind words. They are just absolutely amazing across the board. I am on the dental-phobic side (if that is the right word) and they were so subtle and understanding of my needs I actually do not get nervous going to the dentist anymore for the first time in my life. Its the little things that count and at every corner they are looking out for you and making sure you are comfortable. The whole crew is super professional, upbeat and genuine. They even helped me coordinate my efforts to get my husband to see a dentist for the first time in forever and he loved them too. These guys and gals are super.

I had the best dental visit at Total Health Dental Care! The entire staff in this awesome office was very attentive and made sure my main concern was addressed. I had a dental emergency which demanded immediate attention, and I felt so secure in the moment of a crisis. From the moment I entered the office, I felt embraced and welcomed. I have always been fearful of dental treatment but Dr. Calciano comforted and reassured me. She listened and spoke to me throughout the entire procedure. The assistants were also very caring and attentive. I left the dental office with a smile on my face :) Thank you, Total Health Dental Care.

I went to Pleasant Valley Dental for an emergency crown replacement. They were able to get me in to see Dr. Wong immediately. Dr. Wong did a fabulous job and within 2 hours I had a brand new crown in my mouth! Dr. Wong took the time to explain his every step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Before the procedure, April contacted my insurance and then clearly explained to me the financial aspects of the services I needed. This practice has new regular patients in both me and my family. I have also recommended several other new patients to this practice and everyone has been very happy here!

Horrible Wouldnt work on the teeth that i asked for without more expensive work on other teeth. The staff women speak sarcastically and are even a little rude and unsympathetic. Ive had to maintain my ladiness around them plenty of times.the had me on drugs for hours when I woke up they said they did temporary filling for 1 tooth out of 6 crown 8 root canals and a venier. Horrible service. Minimual explanations from doctors and staff. I left in tears and just may sue them. Please save yourself.DO NOT GO THERE FOR QUALITY WORK

Had a really good new patient experience here. Dentist was very warm and caring, made me feel comfortable. I have a bit of dental phobia so I was worried going in, but I was surprised how relaxed they made me feel. The highlight of the experience was the dental cleaning I received from the teeth cleaner Sean. He was very funny and kind, which helped me to calm down. Looking forward to my next visit in 6 months!

I needed A LOT of work done, and I had no idea where to start. I was lucky enough to know Total Healths Hygienist, Sean. He brought me in and put me in the good hands of the doctors and staff of this practice. We built a roadmap to address everything in a timely and affordable fashion. Excellent work, pure professionalism, fair pricing plans and options, great front desk and assistants, email reminders for appointments, it is obvious they take customer feedback very seriously. Latest and greatest in modern dental tech. Dentist are not known as peoples favorite love, but I actually the process was done so smoothly that I actually looked forward to it. Never thought Id say that.

Excellent service! I have been here several times for some intense treatments and everyone has consistently been comforting and professional. They offer payment plans, which has been helpful for me and made it possible to get the treatments Ive needed. I trust everyone there completely. If you hate going to the dentist, try coming here and your experience will change your view of dental visits.

This clinic is Great! State of the art electronic dental records and huge screens in front of all the exam chairs so you can actually monitor your own dental care along with the dentists, hygienists, etc! Pricing is affordable with flexible plans! Customer service is great and there is minimal waiting for your appt. Another big draw is the monthly Saturday clinics! I highly recommend them!
