The Staff at Shifa Health in Silver Lake rock.... billing on the other hand will give you no breaks even for an honest mistake involving both sides. Their website says that you MAY be charged for a missed appt, but trust me you WILL be charged and given a lecture as well. Billing seems to not care much for people but like money a lot. Go somewhere else.

Thought I was the only one, but after reading these reviews, Im indeed not. This place totally blows. Run as fast as you can to avoid this dump. I was in crisis and was completely ignored. Answer your phone!! Return calls!! Nope! Ended up in the hospital because of these bozos. Under zero stars if I were able.

I cancelled one appointment and left a message over the weekend to cancel. Come Monday I asked for a new appointment, they said they would not see my anymore for a No call no show. Ignored the fact I left a message then they slapped on a $75 fine. Never ever go to this place.

Im a big fan. I havent had any billing issues so I cant speak to that experience but I can say I have always liked the staff.
