So.... As you can guess, all these reviews are true and truly nothing has been addressed or fix. Have to do a pre drug screening (aka piss in a cup). Waiting hour and a half, so far. The comments about the people behind the desk just laughing and giggling, chatting away... So annoying. The left hand does not talk to the right hand in this place, just by watching them work. I mean, I would NEVER use them as any kind of provider. Only here for drug test. Thank god. I can already guess, this will get a generic BS response. Which is horrible, spend the time to review day to day functions... Update: Still here waiting.... I figured I wouldnt have time to do a review... But, guess again Update 2: since I have all the time in the world I guess: Ill help with the generic response. "Thank you reaching out to us and bringing this to our attention. Please allow us to apologize for unusually long wait times. You will be happy to know that we are currently putting measures in place to minimize them in the future. We have passed along your comments to our center manager for further review. Thank you, Patient Care Team U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group" Update three: an hour and 50 minutes later I am pee free! Lol

Im sitting in the lobby as I write this. First of all, the issues with US Health Works seem to organization wide. I first called the Federal Way location because I needed to run in for a quick pre-hire drug screen and they told me to come on in. Upon arriving maybe 10 minutes later, they told me they had apparently ran out of the supplies to do the test. They then directed me 25 mini away to the Kent location. After checking in I was told the wait was 45 minutes to 1 hour. Unbelievable considering all I needed to do was pee in a cup. The lobby is dirty and smells, they also use dead plants to decorate. The reception staff arent the friendliest and the space behind the desk seems to be where numerous other workers sit and converse in front of all the people waiting to be seen. Very, very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional, unorganized and SLOW!! When it comes to getting any appointment done fast be prepared to spend two to three hours in the waiting room.The sad part about it I stood waiting in line for 15 minutes with two receptionist behind the counter typing while ignoring me and the other young lady standing in line..yes only Two people standing in line yet there was a fifteen minute wait time RIDICULOUS!!! I came here for a simple drug test by my employer I was told a hour and a half wait time. Its been two hours and I still havent taken a pee test. Do not come here if you wish to get in and out fast be prepared for an overstaffed clinic with very slow workers.(UPDATE now its been 2 hours and a half and Im still here and havent taken my pee test. Thats a length to a full movie

I just wanted my back looked at after a work injury. The receptionist was extremely rude and would not give me the L&I paperwork. She made it sound like I didnt know what I was doing and she said I needed to have my employer fill out a claim before I would be looked at. I also asked her what my options were and she was very condecending while telling me I was in the wrong place. She was wrong. I went to the urgent care down by Kent station and was imediately given the proper L&I paperwork to fill out with no question. It was an extremely unpleasant experince and I dont think anyone should be treated the way I was treated today

Worst wait time by far!! I dont really make reviews, but Id make an exception. I highly advice other future patients to PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE seek other urgent care facilities. The extra drive time will most likely save you more time than waiting in this facilitys waiting room. I should have listened to the other reviewerscomplaints. I REGRET that now. This will definitely be the last time I will be in this facility. The staff are kinda pleasant though, but that really doesnt make up a lot for the ridiculously long wait time. Seriously, what is wrong with this facility?

By far the absolute worst clinic Ive ever been too. Still sitting in the waiting room 45 minutes after being told I was next, ive watched 6 people be called back now, which wouldnt be an issue if it wasnt a drug test and im told to "hold it" instead of being able to use a bathroom. The Eastern woman at the counter was extremely rude, most attitude ive seen from any employee in any establishment first hand, will never return or reccomend to anyone i dont hate. When some sort of management was requested, i recieved no response.

Never ending waiting time.put me in a room and like a jail i am stucked inside not allowed to wait even in waiting room and looks like they forgot me .After half hour the women came and telling me that I have to wait more and even dont know how long it gonna be. So ridiculous and careless.I recommend people to not visit this facility and even inform others so you guys dont experience any trouble like me.still waiting and posting this feed back .people who are reading convey others.

Worst experience ever took two hours but when I got there the first lady had an attitude and then before I left the other lady had an attitude as well I think they should train their employees again or fire those employees and get the five employees that know how to treat people right when the person is not giving them an attitude show some respect others if you want it back .

Wait time is terrible. Came in early to my appointment. Im still waiting to be seen and its been 2 hours. After reading the reviews its obvious that they dont care. For the last 6 months people complained and they always respond saying that they are in the works of fixing the wait time. So please tell me exactly what you are doing to fix this because it hadnt happened.

This place is the biggest joke ever, monkeys could run this office. There was one lady there she was so rude, she doesnt deserve a job until she loses her attitude. No respect at all plus this place stinks bad pder. Spent an hour and half there and she tells me I had make an new appointment dont go to this place there are better medical places out there

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! they had me wait for 3 hours for a simple physical treatment, I advise you guys please please and please dont waste your time at this so called "clinic". They most definitely wasted my time so dont bother making the same mistake I created for my self.

The worse place to go, when they say 45min wait expect that it would be 3 hours. Customer service is very bad, they dont update you when is youre turn or how longer is youre wait. What a complete waste of time.
