Im sitting in the clinic as Im writing this. We are waiting to see Dr. Cooper. 25 minutes PAST our appointment time that I scheduled three months ago. Is this some kind of joke? Im a medical assistant and my providers would rip me up one side and down the other for being this late. If its the provider our clinic manager would deal with that promptly. I see none of that happening here. Edit Lets top this off with the Medical assistant having a TERRIBLE attitude. She decided to say that we were early implying that this is somehow my fault. Are you freaking kidding me?

Our experience here has been really good.. Until a phone call today. Everyone in our home is sick, its the season.. I just got told that we are going to be getting charged from now on.. Receptionist was kinda rude about it. Didnt really care on why we missed it. Sorry hospital isnt a good enough reason. Our phones wouldnt even let us call out today or get calls and the phone company excuse is they are working on a cell tower. nice one. Woodcreek needs to get their act together or i will happily transfer my children.

after my sons 4 month check up this coming week we will be switching offices/doctors this clinic is nice dont get me wrong but i want to have a personal relationship with my doctor i want to be able to call my sons doctor and be able to just call his doctor for any medical reasons, or any concerns i may have as a first time parent. that being said I have no idea what to expect especially when he is sick. so if youre looking for a doctor please do not choose this place.

Nurses and receptionists here are rude, disrespectful, and talk to my family like we are idiots. The nurses are rude, and are not friendly at all. The receptionists are just plain stupid, they rescheduled our appointment without our permission because we didnt answer the phone. Then she blamed it on us that our appointment was rescheduled. You cannot have a serious conversation with the doctor without "running out of time". I DO NOT recommend this office location.

I called the first week of September to have my sons ongoing medication renewed that he has been on for 5 years, and being told the first available appt is in November because it is a "med check" is insane. He has 30 days of medication left. It is a 15 min visit. The doctors have always been nice, but I am not waiting that long to get into any doctors office. I am moving to another dr office.

This has got to be one of the worst care facilities around. The intake staff talk to my family like theyre stupid. You cannot get a specific physician assigned to your child. And getting any actual time to have a quality discussion with a doctor is essentially impossible. Go to ANY other care facility.

Love the Dr.s at Woodcreek Health care. They take their time with me. I have 5 kids that all go there. My youngest was born with some serious health problems, and has special needs. My Dr. skipped his lunch break just to see my child when I had an urgent concern. I recommend them to anyone!

I love Woodcreek. Dr. Schoos is so great with my kids. I love how hes always on time. Our other Dr. Would make us wait for ever. With Dr. Schoos you always get the same happy caring person.
