Wonder full passionate doctor, very caring and polite. However her staff sucks big time. That is the most inefficient staff I have ever seen in my life. I think if it was not for Dr. Gupta this office would have been closed long ago. I will list few incidents of how their staff treat people. Scheduling-- I witnessed many patients who had appointment and were there at the office before their appointment time but staff send other people in whose appointments were way after these waiting patients, and made them wait for over three hours. Insurance paper filing-- The lady at the counter does not know how insurance works. She would charge me and would not report it to the insurance company. And upon inquiry she had no good answer. Readiness The staff is not ready when you arrive for your appointment because usually they cannot find your file by your name or their computer system is down. Both of these events can take hours to solve. Not taking professional Help-- Their computer system goes down very frequently and they will not call for help and try to fix it them selves. They would rather save few hundred dollars and waster few hours. About Doctor -- The doctor is very nice but do you have the audacity and patience to go thru her staff. I have given her one star just because of her staff, if you do not believe me try her out for few visits and see for your self.

Most unpleasant experience of my life!!!! I go into this doctors office, appointment at 9am. 10 other women on the sign in sheet for the same time, one doctor!!! The waiting room temperature was turned up so high we had to wait outside, I dont know how the other women could handle it being they were all crammed in an extremely small room basically sweating on eachother. An hour and a half later, I finally get called in. The "doctor" was taking cell phone calls all throughout my appointment which was very unprofessional if you ask me. She was rude to both me and the father of my child also, like we were a bother to her. Then, I end up moving out of state, and they refuse to give me my records! I call to get it all set up and the VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT staff member not only did not give me a chance to talk because she spoke over me the entire time, due to the fact that I tried to get her to listen (which she would not) she hung up the phone on me!!!!! I then called back, she picks up, sits and listens... I say "hello?" Click. She was waiting to hear if it was me- calling back did no good, she just chose not to answer. Great way to treat your patients! DO NOT GO TO THIS "PRACTICE" BECAUSE THATS ALL THEYRE DOING- PRACTICING!

Dr. Gupta is a passionate, caring, and truly devoted physician. I initially saw her about 2 years ago with my first pregnancy and have kept coming back to her since. She made the process very easy and I have recommended many family members and friends to her office as well. I was surprised to read the comment below as my experience with her staff has always been excellent. They have been very helpful in scheduling, changing appointments, and are always ready for me when I arrive for my appointment. In fact, due to traffic, I arrived late for a few of my appointments and was graciously worked in to see the doctor without much waiting. Overall, Dr. Gupta is an excellent physician. She always takes the extra time to answer all my questions thoroughly and does so with a smile on her face. This is very much appreciated. If you need an Ob/Gyn physician in the Riverside area, I highly recommend Dr. Gupta.

This office is small and alll her equipment is from the 1950s. She gives you no ultrasounds. Just sends you to another doctor to get ultrasounds where it takes 3 hours to get in and out. Not to mention every single time you come to see dr Gupta it takes you at least 2 hours to get seen. They schedule 5 people at the same time its horrible. The doctor herself seems very smart but she is very rough and at times comes off as rude. They found something wrong in my babys heart and she told me stop stressing because there would be nothing they can do until the babys born. And did not explain what exactly it was I had to research it myself. Not the nicest or sweetest doctor at all. I am almolst 8 months I recently moved so I have only had this doctor for 2 months. I am switching her. She doesnt make me feel comfortable and I cannot stand waiting 3 hours for a 10 min checkup!!!

If I could rate her and her office 0 stars I would. I was going in to get an IUD and her staff was beyond rude. I was there for hours just to be argued with on whether or not I should get it. She told me it wasnt recommended because I had never had children, although this is what was recommended for me. I would try to call to make an appointment and they wouldnt pick up or put me on hold and then never get back to me. They cancelled 3 of my appointments and it took months just to be able to see her. She then put it in and I was calling to make sure I had the correct date for my follow up appointment and they never answered my call. They never followed up with me and now Im fighting to try to get my first follow up so that I can transfer to a different doctor after 3 months. Go anywhere else. Her and her staffs bedside manner is beyond awful!!!

Dr. Gupta has delivered two of my children. She is a very knowledgable doctor and I felt like I was being cared for by a highly experienced woman in her field. The wait times are a discouragement, but shes busy because a lot of women choose to go to her by way of referral and recommendation. That dr. Is very well known and trustworthy and when it comes to the life of ur unborn child I think its worth the wait. U r not there to visit the staff.... U r there to get to the knowledge of that doctor. Like a popular restaurant with amazing food.... U just wait ☺️

She delivered my son Emergency C section and she is great! You can tell she takes time for all her patients no matter what ! Doc Gupta is a great strong woman and I would love for her to deliver all my babys! I was so worried but she always checked on me and made sure I was okay! I even love my c section scar isnt that crazy! Its so straight you can barley tell its there and it doesnt bother me it was done with care and very neat thank you Dr.Gupta I LOVE YOU AND YOUR WORK

This was one of the worst doctor visits I have ever experienced., I checked in and waited over 75 minutes the both times that I was there. They definitely overbook themselves and the receptionist is rude. I was also billed wrongly and would tell you if you pay for your health coverage like I do.....DO NOT COME HERE !!! You want to feel comfortable with a doctor that is going to be in an area that is privileged and feel that there is a connection. Not happening here.
