First of all you will need to be prepared to pay for parking, something they do not tell you when you make an appt. On top of having to pay for a doctors appt, you have to pay to park to see the doctor. The front office staff are completely rude, act as if youre wasting their time, have a mean dismissive tone. Also, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for your scheduled appt, so if you have an appt at 3pm you wont be seen until 3:30 sometimes even later and they do not care. Typically I understand this going into any doctors appt but then to have the front office staff be so rude make it that much worse. Now let’s discuss Dr. Thomas Bailey, hes a doctor has your typical doctor bedside manner. Very to the point, shows no emotion, makes no real connection to his patients - nothing new where with doctors. Ive been seeing him since January 2013 after I was told I needed surgery. Fast forward to October 2015, went in for my annual check-up, waited (no real surprise here), time for my pap, his nurse was nowhere to be found so he pulled in another doctors nurse. 3 weeks go by, I get a phone call they lost my test results and I needed to come in. I also happened to have a mammogram so I wanted to take care of them both at the same time. I spoke with Wendy in detail about this, I was told I could come in immediately following my mammogram which she knew the time. As I was walking into the building I see Dr. Bailey walking out. I go to reception and they tell me he just went to lunch I would have to wait. I was in complete shock, this is not what I had arranged with his nurse Wendy, I asked to speak with her and was told she was not available - I would have to wait, I could not wait, I had another appt. I called Wendy several days later and she was rude yelling at me, told me they wouldnt charge me for my pap (even though they lost the test), I was in complete shock over her tone and nastiness with me. There is NO reason for them to file a claim against my insurance for their negligence - this borders insurance fraud. I will be calling Aetna an sharing this common practice by Mission OBGYN. As I was trying to schedule and get confirm from Wendy and the importance of getting this test done and me not waiting, she slammed down the phone and hung up. For someone who recently had a cancer scar, you would assume a nurse representing a doctor would understand the urgency of getting testing done ASAP. I will be filing a formal complaint with the NCSBN against his nurse and against Mission OBGYN Medical Group. Their practices really need to be looked into.

This review is exclusive to the front office staff, as I am still in the exam room waiting to see the doctor. If first impressions are everything, I give the front office staff a C- borderline D. A few of them are very rude and dismissive, as noted by a previous reviewer. I stood in the line waiting to turn in papers for my first visit here and was ignored by one of the young ladies even when she was helping no one. After several minutes of waiting she glances up at me and inquires about my paperwork, so I declined and told her I would wait for the other young lady who was helping me. Professionally unprofessional is my first experience here with the front office staff, and the snickering and snide remarks did nothing to help. Hopefully my initial encounter with this doctor fairs better than my experience with the staff, as his reviews are so much better.

Its been a couple years since Ive been here but as I was researching a new obgyn, I felt I needed to write a review. I saw Dr. Ramirez. I felt extremely rushed. She entered the room and forgot something so she left and LEFT THE DOOR OPEN! Im chilling there on the table with a paper cloth over my lap and my butt crack hanging out for patients walking by to see. Personally, I dont care if someone sees my ass but it was very unprofessional. Like I said before, I felt rushed. I dont remember a conversation. Just swab, swab and bye. Im giving this place 3 stars because maybe she was having an off day.

Im sad the previous reviewer had a bad experience. I had dr. Baginski.. he was all to happy to try and help me get pregnant. And when I came in, in too much pain to even have sex (hard to get pregnant without it), I had an ultrasound the next day, and a laparoscopy within 2 weeks for endo. Great office, dr Baginski was awesome. Wait time completely typical, nothing extreme.

I would highly recomend Dr. Leon Baginski as he has the best bedside manner and is ALWAYS available if you need him, very attentive, understanding, great OBGYN!! I had a terrible experience with my past OBGYN. I am so glad i found Dr. Baginski as he has been just the lifesaver to our family and he gave us our beautiful and HEALTHY daughter!. I suffered an early delivery years ago, my Carly didnt make it. Once I got pregnant again I was so scared, thinking the same thing would happen again. I was referred to Dr. Baginski by a dear friend. He has been the best ever. He was with me every step of the way and always just a phone call away. I couldnt ask for a better doctor. Hes worth the wait.

I usually go here to see Dr Pollock and have been seeing her now for more than 8 years. She is very friendly and a great Dr. I cant say Ive had a bad experience here. The wait can be long but not unreasonable.

Waited over 2 HOURS past my appointment time before my doctor finally came in. Endometriosis patients beware, they arent helpful for endo on any level. Really felt I wasnt priority because I wasnt pregnant.
